This was THE WORST U-Haul experience of my life. The location office was difficult to find. The grounds were riddled with debris and broken down cars. There was no where to park or even drive through the lot between the broken down cars and standing water. There was no clear signage or advertisement on the door. The office door was locked. We were walking around the building for a while before a man showed up in a sketchy car asking if we were looking for U-Haul. There was no one there to check us in. The man helped us attach a run down dirty trailer to our car. He was unable to move the trailer on his own so my dad had to help him. He then told us we were free to leave without signing anything or approving payments. He told us someone would call me to process the payment. About 20 minutes later I received a text to upload my drivers license. Two minutes later I got another text and an email and two minutes later another text and then an angry phone call that I had not responded. As I was attempting to upload my drivers license I received yet another text asking for the same information. These texts were all in a span of 6 minutes. I was not looking or waiting for a text or email and I was told I would receive a phone call to finish the check out process. I was then charged for insurance I requested not to pay for and when I questioned was told that I had to have clicked it and there was nothing she could do to change it even though my initial receipt did not have that fee on it. She told me that I would have to dispute the claim with u haul and there was nothing I could do. When we returned to drop off the trailer again there was no one in sight. Door was locked. I called the number on the bottom of the form and the number was not in service. I then called the number that had angrily called me earlier in the day and she told me to just leave it there and leave. No sign out process or anyone to confirm that the trailer was left in good working condition. This company has terrible customer service and I would not recommend Kash Bro U-Haul to my worst enemy. Do not rent with them! Terrible sketchy experience. Felt very unsafe and taken advantage of. It would be better to rent further from home or pay more money rather than deal with this terrible company again. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!

Truck not cleared of snow. Rear door to cargo area was frozen shut. As a result, no furniture pads or dolly that was ordered was loaded. This location should be closed. It was so bad, I’ll go with Penske next time.

This was the worst shit in history these people was dumb as fuck and had to saw off the lock on the back of the truck that wasn’t supposed to be their. There was no one there when the place fucking opened. Overall terrible experience fuck U-Haul

One of the associates damaged my car when going to attach the trailer I rented; but he pretended otherwise. I have filed a claim with my insurance, but to say the least I was extremely dissatisfied with such a performance.

Place of pick up is a dump. Work effort to sign out truck very inconvenient. Left rear tail light did. Not work. Was told gas tank full. Not quite topped off. I turned it back in fully topped off.

We had a reservation at 9:30, no staff arrived until 10:15, and this was after we had to constantly call the # on the door until someone answered. The woman claimed they are a painting business and Uhaul is just their “side gig” so if their painters are tired from the day before, they just come in whenever! Not good to make reservations and keep paying customers waiting. Then she told me that I was rude when I told her I’d been waiting for 45 minutes. Would never use this location again.

I believe in seeing an associate at a location. This online stuff is hard for an older person to maneuver.

I had a different scheduled pick up location and no one ever called or emailed to say it changed. When I went to pick up the U-Haul at the original location, they were very rude & unfriendly in helping me understand/know where the new pick up was. When I went to new pick up, no one was there, only lock boxes but app didn’t have me set up at that location so had to call & spend 1/2 hr-45 min to get it worked out. Overall it took an extra 2 hours out of my time which made me late in returning my rental car & I got charged an extra fee.

No one was there! Wrong address! 2101 is the correct address. Total shithole. Thought I would be murdered dropping off a trailer.
