Super great experience, location was a little hard to find at first but when we found them the staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to help us out!
Jackson sI got charged and did not even use this vehicle it was a nightmare from the start.got there at 8:30 could not get signed in due to the website not giving me a code. I called U-Haul a representative said I needed to go into the lock box and get the key when opened the key was not in there tried to open the return box and it fell open was not even locked. It did have the key in which time it was one hour later before I got into the vehicle. Upon starting the vehicle all the lights on the dash came on: check engine left rear passenger tire low and low on gas I decided for our safety not to take the truck and had to hire someone to move my couches. I hope I get a full refund from this experience!
