Cargo blankets provided with vehicle were FOUL! Wet and smelled like vomit.

Check in took way to long. It was a gas station/convenient store so there was constant interruptions.

The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. I appreciated the help that I received during the process. Great job!!!

U-haul has failed to correct my bill. I had reserved moving blankets for $10.00 but none were in the truck and the u-haul distributor had none to give me at check-in. Upon return of the truck where gas and mileage was calculated, I again asked that the bill credit me for the $10 for the blankets that were not received. When I received a copy of the bill from u-haul without the credit, I responded on at the proper designated u-haul e-mail address to request a correction but received no response. The bill is wrong and nobody at u-haul is listening. The staff at the location was friendly and helpful, but I think the problem is at u-haul itself.

The whole experience was poor. There where no blankets in truck. Getting a hold of customer service takes way to long. Pick up also takes to long . There is confusion on process from attendant.

Extremely quick and very helpful. Needed a 15t truck in a hurry - called, reserved and picked one up in less than one hour!

I called to find out if they had any larger than 15' after my mover told me I needed something bigger. They had no bigger. I tried another location to see if they had larger trucks. They said go to Rte 9. I didn't want to go that distance. I then received a call from uhaul telling me they changed me to a larger truck in a different location. No one advised me of this before changing my order and I didn't authorize it. The location they changed it to already advised they had NO trucks on the lot. Had I not known this, I'd have shown up to no truck at the new place. The 688 Freedom Plains Rd location was perfectly fine though. WARNING: DO NOT USE UHAULS GUIDE FOR WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO GET. WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU, GO THE NEXT SIZE UP. TRUST ME. YOUR MOVERS WILL BE WASTING TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO JAM THINGS IN AND YOU WILL NOT FIT EVERYTHING. ALWAYS go a size up. If you think you need 15' get 17. If you think you need 17', get 19'. And ALWAYS make sure to call **early the day of the move to be sure your truck is there.**

I had reserved my truck in Wingdale, a mile from my house- but for some reason, the pick up location was changed to Poughkeepsie- about 20 miles away. The truck was parked in a minimart/gas station lot- facing forward- so before even driving in it 5 minutes, I had to BACK IT OUT haivng to avoid parked cars! I had reserved moving pads, which were not in the truck. The man who worked at the station was wonderful, however- friendly and efficient and gave me words of encouragement when I freaked out about having to back out a 20 foot truck in a parking lot!

Not much. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They processed me out really quick and emailed me the receipt within minutes. That is a pretty awesome experience.

Clerk was very polite and helpful. Pick up and return went very smooth and there was no wasted time waiting. Very fast service. I really appreciated the convenience, and was impressed with the knowledge of the clerk helping me.

Truck and auto transport should be at same location. I had to drive 50 round trip pay a 10.00 toll to return to my loading location. Very dissatified with this inconvenience. Not the location fault but Uhauls scheduling.

The merchant never asked or explained about the save move insurance which was not needed. I had checked previously with my insurance which I was covered for. This is my third rental in a month with uhaul and only one merchant ever asked or spoke about it. I would like the $42 + tax refunded back and merchants should be told to EXPLAIN THE CHARGE and not just charge it. Please issue my refund. Thank you

This Location was Great ,there was a uhaul around the corner from me but decided to try a different one because of the reviews by me. I had an easy transaction and returned with no hassel.
