I booked the U-Haul online simple enough. It told me I could pick it up by 8:00 AM from what appeared to be a convenience store by the name. I show up at 8:30 and the location is locked, lights are off. I tried to do the registration online with the U-Haul system, hoping somebody would show up soon. While the registration system didn’t work either it kept asking for a personal reference for them to call. I put my wife down and her phone number is one digit different than mine. Well the U-Haul system could not figure this out and kept telling me it was the same number as mine. I logged out and back in three times. Same issue each time. While standing in a 90° black top asphalt parking lot I finally am able to reach a U-Haul representative online. She was nice and tried to help me by calling the representative that owns this trashy store that also parent sees U-Haul. She called me back and said no one speaks English there, please bear with me. Long story short, I stood in a parking lot for 45 minutes while U-Haul back off scramble to figure out what to do. I finally got a key to an old truck that worked fine and got the job done. When I returned the vehicle, there was a lady in the store that spoke zero English. I can promise you I will never Rent from this location again possibly never a U-Haul since clearly their vendor vetting is zero.

Fix lock on lick box #2. Was very difficult to open and required 10 attempts with customer service on the line to open it. You shouldn’t have to shake a rattle it to open it. Spent an extra 20 mins trying to pick up truck. TPS light came on showing left tire low/no pressure. Very nerve racking as I was trying to drop off a load of furniture.
