This surrey is flawed. I don't really know what you are asking about. You seem to ask about the location, but that location was not responsible for recommending the correct # of UBoxes (actually no one recommended anything). And whether the UBoxes arrived safely in Texas has nothing to do with this Calif location. This again shows the incompetence of UHaul's administrators and managers, who don't know what they are doing. The scheduling personnel changed the UBox loading location and pickup time at will without telling customer in advance and pointed fingers to customer.

Teresa COne employee was very helpful the entire time, the other brushed me off when I told him there was a discrepancy and told me to call U-Haul and said “I have to help these other people” and walked away. Seemed like he didn’t want to help.
Elijah TStaff was not organized nor proactive to situations at hand. They did not know information nor how to use the point of sales system and could have overcharged me.
Tommy LAbsolutely horrible service. I used this location bc it was super close to where i was located and max used 15-20 miles and they charged me 33 miles. The guy that gave me the keys didnt even check the initial mileage so i dont know how it came out to 33 miles. I reached out to the area field manager, Daniel Le and he doesnt even pick up his phone. Also, this location told me after 2pm i could drop off at another location no problem, but i get a call from the drop off location that i couldnt drop it off there. So i had to come back the next day and re-drop at the original location which wasted more miles. Never met a company that makes the customer do their work for them and absolutely no service.
