This man was supposed to have a 15 foot truck AND A TRAILER. He sent me to another location AFTER I had been sent to him. He promised me the location he was sending me to was the â€œheadquarters of U-Haulâ€. I arrived to the Uhaul location he directed me to. GUESS WHAT -NO trailer available. The pick up was great but my location was moved after I had reserved a truck three weeks prior to my needed date which was very inconvenient. I did appreciate the additional mileage that was added to the contract to make up for the inconvenience.CHRISTOPHER C.

We drove to this location and there was NO drop box for the key for after hours drop off. We called uhaul and we're on hold for 45 minutes trying to get assistance on what to do. This is a very unsafe location.REBECCA K.
My reservation location changed the night before my appointment. And when I got to the location that uhaul sent me they didn't have a vehicle for me. I then had to drive 40 miles to the conyers location to get a truck.JORDAN H.
Truck was not cleaned. I assumed that they had cleaned it, then when I opened the back there were still items in the truck that needed to be removed. This truck is in terrible shape, it was not safe to drive, but it was the only one available.MARK W.
