She was vey friendly and patient while we were all trying to gather our license. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest is to put a tongue jack on all of the 6x12 trailers. I could see how some would have trouble getting g it up on the ball. It was very heavy! Other than that everything was 100 %

SYNOVIA BSomeone did not check the trailer well as there was a cut wire in the trailer wiring harness. The wire was touching so did not notice until many miles away and hit a bump and and got a warning light on my vehicle. The lights still worked and was able to get it repaired at another location. Someone with an older or less equipped vehicle would never have known there was a problem. This is not all on the location, but as the broken wire was not easy to spot. Additionally there was a flat on the trailer Again this was not noticeable until loaded. The nail in the outside side wall of the tire was very noticeable once I realize it was going flat. This could have happened during my travels but with the more automated and picture focused rental process it seems personal inspection of the equipment seems to be lacking. Both problems with the trailer I rented would not have been noticed by photo, and I admit they could have easily been missed by a personal inspect as well. Just my comments to make Uhaul better. Additionally the roadside assistance could not have been more helpful, friendly, or pleasant to speak with. The attention and concern made a unplanned delay as uneventful as possible. Two thumbs up to Uhaul for this service.

Jeanne GWhere to begin.....First off to rent tye truck online was practically impossible because it wouldn't scan my ID. I tried calling uhual then I get someone who just woke up and doesn't want to work and transfers me to a department where no one picked up. After many times of trying over and over I finally got it. Then after getting into the truck the truck stinks, radio is broken, doors, steering wheel are all sticky. I had to drive with the windows down it was that bad. Oh ! And can't forget about the truck almost being on empty too ! Spent literally $101 dollars to fill it up. So yes, my experience was terrible. Every other time was great but yesterday sure did it. Was going to call to get reimbursed but that'll be like talking to a wall

JOSHUA MUhaul company/corporation needs better customer service. I’ve rented 6 uhauls in the last 30 days. I turned my last uhaul in 20 minutes late and was charged an extra day. If I would have known, I would’ve just kept the uhaul another 24 hours. I was late turning it in for multiple reasons that were not under my control. In the last 30 days I used a moving company from the uhaul site who didn’t complete the moved and damaged furniture that uhaul will not take responsibility for. You need to do a better job at vetting the companies you list. As a single mother and veteran, uhaul has made my move extremely stressful.

MICHELLE TI did not have the equipment I requested and it’s not the original location I was sent to near me. It is the second and I was only changed because the original location didn’t have the equipment 😤
