He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had regarding mileage, deposit, picking up & dropping off etc. Since the 1st time I rented from him back in December ‘23, I have spoke very highly of his services. Also, I have recommended him to friends, family & co workers as well. He is a courteous, friendly & knowledgable gentleman & I will continue to go to him any time I need a truck rental!

MARK BDon't understand why I was charged an extra 50$ foe cleaning when it wasn't dirty. Floor mats on driver side yeah a given. Dusty not mud. Back end was not covered in manure or anything of the sort. So why,why did I get a bill for cleaning up nothing?

William PEverything went ok. I picked up my moving truck on 4/10/23 at 1pm. I dropped off the truck that night at 8pm in Statesville. But for the next day when I receive the receipt. I was charged an extra day. I dropped the truck off early and I was still charged an extra day.

ALISA MSunday morning drop off. I get it. No body there, but, I got a receipt by email later. They had a lot of equipment on the lot. I would probably go there if I needed something in the future.

The place smelt of cat an dog Pooh, it was nasty, someone needs to check it out. Never will I nor suggest anyone go there to rent. Keep It Clean Total Detailing is a disgusting title for this place.

morgan rTruck was making a noise but the guy at the desk said it was ok. The truck used 81.00 of gas to go 121 miles. That is way out of line with normal.

Lourdes MI filled up the tank to exactly the where it was before returning. even took a picture of the gas gauge. the person accepting the truck asked me to leave it and didn't even bother to check anything. after returning the truck there was a charge for three gallons of gas at 5.75 per gallon. how did he calculate 3 gallons. didn't even feel like talking to him as he is not the kind of person one can reason with. Just disgusting! people sinking to any lows to scam a buck.

Ivy SThis location is super messy and very dirty. The persons working there were very inefficient as it took forever to get the truck checked out. Uhaul should do an inspection of this facility and either fix it or close it. The worst uhaul location I have ever been in and I have rented quite a number over the years.

Rhonda HI was moved from the original location that I scheduled without a warning. I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to go pick up my truck. Also, this place is fairly unclean.
Connor LDrop off was in a field, with the office/home located behind it. The manager came out to meet us and was very friendly and easygoing. Check in was super easy.
