When I make a reservation, do not call me over and over trying to bully me into getting there sooner or 2 hours later. If you couldn't accommodate me, say so and I'll call another company. Very unprofessional and not prepared. Will never go backMona R.

15 foot Uhaul was filthy inside. Full of dirt and mud. Windows and cup holder was dirty. Passenger door black weather stripping was coming off. Rear door handle was rusted and hard to open. I paid $157 for a 80 mile round trip which is overpriced considering the condition of the vehicle. I wanted to rent the 10 foot Uhaul that was in the parking lot but was told it was unavailable. However, when I returned the 15 foot Uhaul hours later, the 10 foot Uhaul was in the same exact spot outside the gate which let me know it was available. Poor customer service and overpriced. Unlike previous experience at a Uhaul Location and not at a storage facility.roxanne C.

Know what the equipment dash lights mean. Neither the rental location or the receiving location knew what a green wrench displayed on the dashboard meant. Myself and Dave at the receiving location speculate it may be a service needed warning. But no firm explanation.Charles K.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the gentleman who helped me with the rental. His explanation of the process kept me from possibly being locked behind the gate when returning the truck. Thanks to the gentleman who took the time to explain a small but very important process of returning the truck, bringing a second car inside the gate after hours and the gate closing and the car causing the gate to reopen. I thank him again for taking the time to explain a process that kept a simple process simple.GEORGE L.

The owner or the employee working at the time lied about not having certain truck in stock only to have me rent a more expensive truck and when confronted with proof ( the website showing they were available and onsite ) he tried to make as if I was being a rude or demanding customer for wanting the truck I asked for in the first place by say "really I'm going to have to redo all your paper work and it's only $10 come on ". By far the rudest service I have received in along time if I could I would give this place zero stars .JOSHUA B.

Train your employees on new software, just don't leave them hanging to learn it on their own. Set standards for cleaning vehicles after rental. As the employee said, there was a wall of bugs on the windshield and front area, he could not clean. Inside was clean.Tyler S.

clerk was disorganized, and acted upset when asked to change ball on my hitch ( I bought from UHAUL>>) and told us to drive to BACK of lot where trailer was?? (never did THAT before, trailer has always been easily accessible) After getting back there waited for his to show up in his golf cart..and he did not bring proper tools to change ball and went back 3 times, due to disorganization? I bought this ball at your UHAUL store on 13 mile/Ryan..and the clerk ,, AT 13 MILE~~> HAPPILY took the whole hitch (shank?) back inside and used wrench/vise..or whatever it took to change out the ball. So, I was not happy watching it be done...so haphazardly? and time consuming.. AND, to top it off, the clerk also told me I did NOT need a definite destination address...that the CITY (Clearwater) was enough information...I am aware this is WRONG...because a lady from UHAUL called me RIGHT AFTER leaving this store..., and when I didn't have time to talk to her..she called AGAIN (on my way home from UHAUL) and insisted we PICK an exact address. I was frustrated, as I did not have time for this?? Lastly , I rented this SAME 5x8..last month..and it was almost $80 less. Do YOU know why? probably not going to use UHAUL in the future. Employee did not know about anything offered via the website, i.e. military discount and did not know if he could use a military ID as a 2nd form of identification. I reserved a dolly but the reservation had 12 blankets. Truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas. Before I could do anything I had to put gas in it. Wipers did not work well.
