The locations may be a little bit out of the ordinary looking (no "office" per say) but the service was super friendly, helpful, and quick! They were dealing with a few business issues and they worked around them as we returned the vehicle! They even lead us (by vehicle) to the 2nd location where the truck was needed to be returned! (I originally stopped at the wrong one!)

carlton cOwner (only person able to check me out) was not at location at prearranged time. Vehicle was not onsite, nor was I notified in advance to arrange for another vehicle. Ownerr did not try to help get another truck in for my family. At every step they refused to accept responsibility, ecen after UHaul gave me the other truck in waiting. They also seemed unfamiliar with their computer checkout system. It would have been worth the extra time and cost to drive 45 miles to another town to rent my truck. Due to 2 hour delay we lost daylight, and my work crew was not able to help load the truck. It cost me time, money, and assistance. UHaul helped, but this location should not be an authorized dealer if they behave like this often. I understand needing a service, and being the only group in town to provide that service.

Sandra EThis place was very disorganized. First of all I went to the address where it listed the location, and I was greeted by this man who told me to go two miles back in to town to the liquor store to get the paperwork. I got to the store and the lady there told me that she was the only one working the liquor store and U-Haul so she would have to help me in between the liquor store customers. So it took almost an hour to finally get the port printed out, then she finally hooked up the uhaul. It was very frustrating. I’m not blaming the lady at all I just felt it was a very unprofessional setup. I was also told that because I had to drive an hour to pick up the uhaul that I would receive an extra day for free, which did not happen. I’m just not pleased at all!

Scott MThis is my second experience renting from this location. The first time I wasn’t made aware the off is 2 miles away from whee the equipment is located. I entered the property where the equipment is and was accosted by a stranger (non employee/representative) and threatened to have cops called on me. My pickup time was delayed by 1 1/2 hours. The last time the unit wasn’t at the pickup location and had to wait hour 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my tow dolly. I had to connect it to my vehicle myself!
JOSEPH Sthe return was more difficult. the address on the document for return in Oak Ridge was not the correct address for returning. Other than that the entire experience for u-haul rental was great.
ILENE TI was suppose to pick this up in Eugene OR 50 miles away I am a business and use u-haul all the time to deliver my cabinets to the bay area or further, I had made a reservation for this but in order to get what i needed had to go round trip 100 miles to get it not very happy you guys are the only company with this item or would try someone else.

Jay DTruck was delivered3 quarts of oil low, used at my expense a total of 8 quarts of oil for a 2,400 trip. The truck cab developed a leak above the windshield in the rain. The hinge pin on the drivers door came out and I had to do a temp fix to continue the trip. Trucks should be better maintained and prepared

susie vTook forever to get the paperwork done for a trailer rental that was already reserved. Then, I had to go to a different location to pick up the trailer. The man at the second location was very nice and helpful where I got the trailer.

JOHN hDefinitely need to get the computer system fixed. Kicked the poor lady off the site to complete the order 3 times. Went to the other location and the computer froze up twice. Awesome workers, poor interface with the computer system.

Jim HPlease take their contract. It was like the cast of Deliverance. They were rude and uninformed. The store smelled like feet and it was an all around bad experience. I drove to the location on the Web site to be told I had to drive to another location to do paperwork. Unacceptable.
