Maybe give customers instructions on how to return keys and the location of the Dropbox. Also not give misleading information.

Smoothest U-Haul pickup I've ever had! Front desk employee was so sweet.
Penelope ATaking less pictures of my driver's license for verification. I kept getting an error but it didn't say why until I spoke with an agent and it would be an easier pick up process if a live customer service person was at this location.
Thomas MOwner not staff was the problem. Asked for help. I asked to be helped by the young male staff. But the owner said he was (fast) and able to help. I told him that I thought there were faster people to help me. He then took a long time to cancel the truck rental. That was one of the many problems. The lady on the phone at traffic had to fix. She renewed the contact. She rented me a new truck. And got me involved in the load share program. If not for her. I know I would have been in deep trouble from the owner's incompetence.

LEIGHANN Tfrequent renter. This location is the most professional I have been to. I recommend often to others. They are appreciative of the business, they are polite and responsive. They have a cute little dog on site and always offer a nice cup of coffee and a tour of the facility. If anyone wants to know what customer service is about, they embody the definition of customer service. I want to acknowledge Katelyn and Brandon for their knowledge and willingness to make the process seamless.

David FBrandon and Katelyn we’re very helpful. They made sure that I had everything I needed to get my cargo to its appointed destination. Timing was right truck was in great condition. They were very attentive to my needs. I couldn’t ask for a better facility and I’ll definitely use them again, probably even next week.

Jorgen PMake sure the vehicle interior is clean and not stinky. The vehicle I rented reeked of dog and was full of dog hair. It was littered with a cigarette butt and empty box. The odor was so bad that it got my stuff and I can still smell it in my new home. It's disgusting. The furniture dolly we rented as broken but still worked.

Hortencia STruck was in poor condition. Door didn't lock, the back was left open so as wet and covered in tree branches and litter, there was no dolly as per the order. The millage was incorrectly recorded so we got charged more than we should of.
Philip RWe rented online thru the app. We asked for a truck with a furniture dolly and 10 furniture pads and a ramp. We only got a truck. The pickup location was not an actual U-Haul facility so there was no one on site to assist. We had to then rent a furniture dolly from Home Depot. Never could find furniture pads or a ramp in the time frame redefine and no ramp made the move far more challenging.

Brenda HOur truck did not have the rental equipment we requested, and the location was not yet open, so this was rather frustrating that we had no option in getting the dolly and furniture pads. We had to go purchase the items at a supply store. We were also charged 3x the days when we only used 1 day. Even though we followed the app instructions, the rep made me feel like I did something incorrect. The app literally told me to drop the keys off after parking and a rep would be in contact. Never received a call.
Warren MThe dolly i requested and paid for was not in the van. I was on the page to check for the vehicle pictures but realized i had missed the key lock password. After going back to for the key lock password, i was not able to check mark the dolly not there.

David FMake sure all the rental equipment is ready in the truck at the start of the rental period. I had to run all over tower, wasting time, trying to find the correct equipment that should've been with the truck when I arrived.
