Sarah sThe drop off was less than 3 miles from my unload site.The team there had been doing UHaul for over 30 years and had the routine down pat. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, with my receipt in my inbox. I rate the drop off at 100%. Makes me want to use them again and tell my friends about them.

I told the lady that the car smelled like cigarette smoke and her response was “is it not supposed to?” The gas tank was on empty because it was sitting in the back where no one could see it and I guess someone stole the gas. The lady couldn’t care less she just wanted me out of the store.
Gloria HI was given an empty truck that had a bad gas leak we barely made it to the corner, where I put in $40. When we arrived at my storage (less than 5 miles away), the tank was empty and leaking on the ground. (We have actual videos of it.) I called the company and the owner sent someone with a new truck to our storage unit. It took over an hour for them to get there. We had everything loaded on large flat hand carts ready to load and leave. They delivered the new truck as we sat waiting. The district manager assured they’d refund my $40 of lost gas, and, left. We went to load and found the back door was padlocked. We called and it took another hour to come and remove the padlock. I have been an attorney for the past 22 years. My hourly charge is $350.00. I was charged for the rental, lost gas (as the district manager never honored my refund), was charged a deposit, was forced to pay two (2) workers at $20 per hour for three (3) extra hours (most of ghe time just sitting waiting on Uhaul),, and lost several hours of my time due to negligence and incompetence. JOAN HDrop off was seamless. The person I dropped off the key to was very friendly and helpful.
MONICA HI reserved the truck that I needed online hours ahead of time. I even uploaded my driver's license. I called the store to around the time I was to retrieve the vehicle just to inform that I was on my way. The in-store employee didn't know anything about my reservations, nor was he aware that they even had an operable vehicle for me to rent. He had to call his boss and sort things out. The in-store employee then called me back to inform me that the tires, and other maintenance had been completed and I could use the truck. Upon arrival, I had to call the employee's boss from the store phone because the in-store employee did not know how what needed to be done. The exterior of the truck was dirty, there was a fast food soft drink left in the cab. whIch we noticed while loading a piece of furniture. I needed the truck for longer than I actually used it. The truck was driving uncomfortably, and then I notice the dash reads that the tire pressure is low. I ended up parking the truck at home and making several trips with my van to complete my move. There absolutely NO leg room, the secondary driver I added who is only 5'9" couldn't even drive. The employees were nice, but it turned a small, quick job into a very lengthy job. I have never had this sort of service at U-Haul.

Oneil GTruck was not clean. Had to clean the cargo area before I used it. The wind shield was not clean. I received a parking ticket while parked in the pickup location!!!
William SOnly thing that came up,is when I was told there was a full tank of gas..I topped off the tank after driving less then 10 miles...it took over 7 gallons to fill...so the tank was no where near full...other then that...U haul is #1 in my book...This move has transformed my life.. Thank you!

Janine PSeriously lose this model. No sign, nobody there knew anything about the return AND then were about to direct me to drop off the vehicle at another location. We walked out after 15 minutes of listening to the same thing despite the equipment contract's clear direction to drop this vehicle at this location. Seriously bad and never again.
