I was charged an additional 16 dollars upon returning vehicle for “exceeding amount of mile allowed”. I was so confused and felt ripped off because I did a straight trip to Killeen. My car broke down and got a Uhaul to take it home just to get ripped off. I’ll be more careful next time even though I shouldn’t have.

I returned the truck hours before I was supposed but was still "mischarged" for an extra day. The "accident" caused me a huge inconvenience.

Make sure their pitfalls are put up when t hey are open I had to jump on a roof of a car to save myself from an attack. The owner says they are friendly don't worry.

Place was empty , dirty , really scary , I was need to call to know how to drop the base because nobody was there I just saw a few trucks and old particular cars The number you provide doesn’t exist Really really really bad

The location was stacked full of U-Haul trucks, trailers and car haulers. The owner had to move equipment around so I could turn the car hauler in. I had to park on the sidewalk while all this was going on. The owner/employee was very nice and helpful during the turn-in process. It is just the location leaves a lot to be desired.

Two of their pit bull dogs were roaming out side the front of the building unleashed and unsupervised. They attacked and pinned me in a corner with no escape. Luckily I was able to fend them of yelling and kicking. The person that administered my application acted hostile and very unprofessional after I told him they needed to do something with the dogs running loose. I will never use this place again and will highly discourage anyone else from the use of it!!

It was in an unsafe area, the man who helped me was not very nice and told me false information that led me on a wild goose chase for parts that I had already. Dogs were running around the location loose.

Not move pick up location last minute. I reserved 2 weeks in advance. It’s stated I could pick up at location I selected then all is a s sudden they don’t have those trucks there. Then why did you let me schedule there. And then you moved it 20 miles from my house forcing me to go over on miles. I think this is done on purpose.

This is a mechanics garage. While this wouldn't normally be a problem, we were not allowed to enter the garage, but rather had to stand outside in the rain to complete our rental while a barking dog jumped at the door from the inside. The gentleman was polite, but the location did not build confidence in U-Haul.

Rented a small truck. They couldn’t find the key. Asked for next size, didn’t have, only had 3999 truck. Asked for discount, he said he would see what he could do and did nothing. I was slightly overcharged. Mileage and gas was different from what was in the system.

I was charged an extra $15 for unfolded furniture blankets. Those blankets were in the trailer exactly like that when we picked it up in Baton Rouge. They were in a big ball of blanket mess. We did not touch them so we did not use them. I even asked the guy when I dropped off the trailer three times if I needed to do anything and he said no. I do not agree with this charge at all so if you do not credit this charge back to my card this week, I will have my credit card company remove the charge and I will blast you guys with negative online reviews on google, etc. Thanks David

It was next or combined with a car body shop. Maybe make more space for the U-Haul customers? or easier accessibility (it was hard to get my car out after going in with a trailer; had to move the trailer out of the way by hand).

Up front pricing. I put gas in tank. Still charged $14 gas surcharge. Gas was returned at 1/2 tank as requested. More than I wanted to pay. False advertising.

I had a good experience at this location, however my overall experience with Uhaul this time was terrible. I booked for a 51’ Truck and got to the first location only to find out the truck was not available then I called customer service who then sent me to a second location. Upon arriving at the second location, I was told the truck was booked to another person. Then I had to go to a third location where I was finally able to get a truck. I wasted over 2 hours driving around to pick up and was charged by my moving guys for waiting. I hope there’s a better system to track which trucks are available at each location.
