I had a horrible experience with the scheduling and miscommunication. We were supposed to pick up our equipment at 6am. The place was closed, thankfully Shannon (the worker) was there before his shift and seen us confused. Even though he wasn't getting paid he called around and ensured we were taken care of. He never complained and did not seem annoyed with us. The people on the phone did not know what they were doing but he made everything as good as he could.

Make sure the attendant secures the net that goes over the tire to hold the car to the trailer. I noticed it frayed the ends on the straps because it drug on the roadway.

Was told I would have money refunded since I returned the vehicle with less miles then I was given AND 3 days early. Wasn’t the case. Lies.

I dropped off the trailer after hours and there was not a good spot to leave it. Had to place it on a slight incline and had to place a couple of rocks in front of the tires to hold it in place. Not very safe.
