The truck was nasty. The gas tank was empty. They did not have all the equipment that was ordered and paid for. The cashier was rude.Chadd G.

I was overcharged. The vehicle was FILTHY. No gas was in it. I put $20.05 in it just to get around. I was charged $127.98 for only 6-7 hours. Is that correct? If so can I he charges be broken down?Wayne R.

The truck was not clean at all. There was only 1/4 tank of gas in the truck and it was full of cigarette ashes. Also, the items that I requested in order to help me move were not available upon arrival and I had to obtain a dolly from another business. Your app didn't work had to go to three different locations to get a truck it took me two hours to find a truck after I had reservations my overall experience was not good I started at 9 o'clock trying to pick up a truck and wasn't able to until 11 o'clock that morning.Gary J.
I was fraudulently charged by this location and uhaul. I will call the police and file charges if this matter isn't resolved by tomorrow! The rep highly violated uhaul policy and ethics... He was extremely rude and didn't want to assist our reservation. He lied multiple times and blamed uhaul for unexplained charges...I've only always used uhaul for any of my moving needs over 20 years and never experienced this. He canceled our reservation for no reason other than to be ugly. You can tell He was having a bad day and took it out on us! We were there almost 3 hours because of his incompetent rude ignorance! This location should be immediately removed from uhaul! I had to file an official complaint against this person/location! The truck is disgusting with barely any gas. I took a video of everything! Too bad we cant post videos, guess Google scared! I haven't even listed everything this person did but will gladly explain to corporate. Uhaul customer service manager and scheduling manager I spoke with needs to be charged and fired as well!Jessica H.

The location was not a location where the focus was on the uhaul customer. It was at a gas station with a cashier behind the counter responsible for running the gas business and receiving drop offs. She was not pleasant with her interaction when I went in to inform her of me returning the truck that had pads and equipment in it. She told me that it was my responsibility to bring in all pads and equipment per her boss instructions. There was no one to verify the condition of the truck upon return nor the mileage and gas hand. Nor did they validate the equipment and pad returned with the truck being cleaned. She was rude with her delivery so I contacted my pick up site to let them know and take pictures and what time I dropped off the truck as it was given to me in great condition is how I returned itEddie B.

First and foremost I probably would remove U-Haul from that location secondly would do customer service training not only with the owner of that location but with the supervisor over the area Mr. Myers I had pictures of my mileage in and out and my gas my contract was altered and I was charged more than I should have been Mr. Myers did refund me my $14 for the insurance that I did not up to take but basically called me a liar and said that the mileage was correct when it wasn't I asked him did he look at the pictures he said he's not looking at the pictures he's looking at the contract well also I never got a contract when I got there to begin at 11:30 in the morning was told to take pictures of the gas and the mileage and that it would be OK well they lied again I'm going to say that they charge me for mileage that I never use and Mr. Myers refuse to look at my pictures to see the difference he was following a contract that date altered My Truck had less than a quarter of a tank on the contract it had that I had 7/8 of a tank and all he had to do was look he didn't care so what I recommend this location never they are thievesHEDDA K.

Not have someone over the phone complete the reservation for the customer. Gas attendant who gave me the truck did not know how to complete the reservation so had to call their manager to complete. Because of that, truck was noted to have 1/4 gas in it, but it was actually on empty. Gas attendant apologized for the truck being on empty.Twaneesa M.

I was sent to the wrong location multiple times, wasting gas and time. Giving me extra miles on the uhaul does not fix the fact that I had to drive around for more than one and a half hours to finally get a truck while also waiting around for customer service to find me a truck. My vehicle was rented outside of my agreement to someone else. I was then charged for the time until my rental date. Over $500 was charged to my card. They refunded most of it shortly after, but still charged me the initial cost. I have handled this through corporate and they refunded me and switched me to a different location. The only issue I had with the truck is when I turned the air conditioner on ants came out the vents and went everywhere in the truck. The ants must have a nest somewhere inside the vents. Need to check trucks before they are leased or rented.Bobby P.

My location got move to this location with very little notice, also when I got there the lady told me she could not find my reservations and proceeded to key information in on a tablet in which a charge of 59 dollars was added to my account unknowingly. The truck itself was in horrible condition it reeked of cigarette smoke and when I mentioned that to her, her comment was they all smoke in these trucks. The truck felt like the transmission was slipping or something because everytime I slowed down it would make this horrible sound. Due to my long trip I felt very unsafe in this vehicle. U haul needs to do a better job when it comes to the safety of their customers, just as you want to insure the safe return of your vehicle please put the same concern for the customers. Absolute worst truck experience I've ever had. First off I was notified two days before that my truck was 21 miles away when I reserved it 2 miles from my house. I reserved weeks in advance and told on website it was available. Truck was in horrible shape. I had to walk through trash to get to truck. Once inside ants were crawling all over cab of truck and throughout two day trip my daughter and I were having ants crawling on us. Inside back of truck smelled horrible. A/C was in and out and check engine light came on halfway through trip. I don't understand why I was put in the worst vehicle for and 800+ mile trip. I have had great experiences before but this was unacceptable.Matthew C.

Truck were with thrash in front cabin as well as cargo area , can bottles inside the passenger cabin , seems like the truck haven't been wash in months. I received a truck that had no right side mirror and it was very very dangerous for us to operate. My child had to stick her head out of the window and guide me to get over anything could have happen she could have fell out. I was told that I had to take the truck assigned. This was ridiculous and most of all dangerous. When operating a large vehicle you need both your mirrors especially when lane changing, backing up, and parking. I was extremely scared for me and especially scared for my child every time she had to stick her head out of the window. She could have fell out. Door could have decided to open and then she would have fallen out and possible ran over and over again she would be dead if that had happen. I was very very disappointed with the equipment received. Service light stayed on warning of a tire maintenance system and both driver and passenger mirrors were shattered making it impossible to see while driving. Side view mirrors are critical since there is no rear view mirror. Major safety concern.Anquilla H.

I have been driving for over 50 years and in that time I have rented numerous trucks from U-Haul and competitors. This experience, renting a U Haul truck from Kelly Chevron Food Mart in McDonough GA was by far the best ever. They showed that they really cared that I had a good truck and made the process a good experience.Lonnie A.

The equipment was disgusting and dirty. I had to sweep a d mop the truck before use. Also I ordered a dolly and was told they didn't have any upon arrival so I had to spend extra Money and waste time renting one from Home Depot. Manny, the person who runs this location was not there when I arrived at 09:00 to pick up the 26' truck. The lady who works at the convenient store said she had nothing to do with U-Haul and then gave me a key. I went out to the truck and it would not start, battery was dead. The lady called Manny and he went somewhere and picked up another truck. He arrived at his Chevron station at 10:30 with another truck. I walked up to him and ask is that my truck and he walked past me and said "in a minute" in a rude tone of voice. I waited outside for awhile and went in. There was confusion about how many blankets I had rented, it was supposed to be 12 for a charge of $10.00. He told me I rented 1 blanket for $1.00 and showed me on his computer screen. We got the blanket issue resolved. I was supposed to be notified via text and phone where to return the truck. I never was notified so on Saturday I called U-Haul to find out where to take the truck. I've got to check with my credit card company to see if I was billed correctly since Manny did 2 different contracts and I was told I would receive a $50.00 refund, WOW... I was also told the Regional Sales Manager would contact me regarding all of the issues I've had with U-Haul. Guess what, NO phone call. Thankfully I will never have to do any business with U-Haul again.Roy D.
