People were nice but failed to notice that a piece of a tire was missing. Delayed loading while waiting for tire replacement.

NOT impressed with the $20 surcharge for drop off after hours!! Should NOT be applicable when returning on a holiday & location is closed! Was NOT advised of this when renting, otherwise would've taken for another day!!! Also, not everyone is tech-savy or use cell phone for internet. DID phone the location to advise was dropping trailer off (on time).

Not have to go drive to get unit in another town when the online app says the vehicle is in Brandon using my own vehicle and gas to get something I'm renting in another town. Very in convenient

I had to drive over an hour to pick up the uhaul. There was a miscommunication about the time of pick up and the owners of Kemp Livestock had a previous engagement planned but they had to wait about an hour longer until I got there. Yet when we go there that were very courteus and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that they didn't mind being late due to our lateness. Great customer service! An issue that needs to be addressed though is having to travel and hour and 15 min to pick up a truck, because after that we had to drive back , load the truck and drive another 21/2 hours. There should be more trucks available in bigger locations. I was given $ 100.00 off but that just paid for the extra fuel for the truck so it really wasn't enough to cover the inconvenience of It!

I would like to mention that I meet great people at kemp Livestock in Kelarney, they give us so nice attention and excellent explanation about fees and service, also I want to thank to the UHaul customer service to find the truck for me even that far away, but at the end I get a good deal with mileage and days to complete my moving.

I think a better inspection of the truck should of been done. The trick did get us to our destination be but there was issues with the power steering. For an automatic we really had to use the gears. There was motor timing issues. The truck did get us safely to our destination. I will rent another moving vehicle with Uhaul

He was not in attandance on a Saturday morning to drop off the Uhaul. I was charged for 6 extra miles! We had to drive 35km from home to find a Uhaul to start with and it was not the right size but Uhaul and told me this .. the other 6 feet would have made a huge difference! I would not have had to make another two trips with the 24 foot stock trailer if they had the equipment that I ordered! NO Dollies available at all and NO furniture pads! Very poor business practices by Uhaul

Hours of operation were not as advertised on internet. Was 1 PM to 5 PM . Other than that I was glad to have a drop-off location near my home.

Website said an 8 x5 was available in Brandon MB - but had to go all the way to Killarney MB. Website does not seem to really know where stuff really is. Owners of Kemp are awesome people.

My original uhaul was in an accident the day before I was supposed to pic it up. I think the employee I talked to should have offered some sort of compensation without me having to ask for it! I was very pleased with everyone otherwise and will definitely use uhaul again if ever need be!

Make sure the equipment rented will be available at the specified location prior to confirming a reservation. I did an on-line booking to pick up a 6 x 12 trailer in Brandon Manitoba. Late in the afternoon 2 days before the pick up date U-Haul called to inform me that the largest trailer available in Brandon was a 5 x 8. This was not large enough for the move I was making. The nearest 6 x 12 trailer was located in Killarney Mb, approximately 115 km south of Brandon. U-Haul would not make arrangements to move the trailer to Brandon. I had to go pick it up. To compensate for my inconvenience I was given a reduced rate on the trailer rental and an extra day at no charge. Lorraine at U-Haul headquarters was very helpful in this situation. The folks at Kemp Livestock Equipment were very helpful and gave great service.

Just wanted to thank the service I got when l reported a slow leak in the right rear tire. They told me to take it to Ed's OK Tire in Morden- there were no hassles just great service from Ed's Tire and U-Haul. Thank you Derrick

Although we were pleased with the service we received at Kemp, it was extremely inconvenient to have to travel to Killarney when we had pre-reserved a trailer online and wanted to pick it up in Brandon. We were also forced to pick it up a day earlier than we supposed to (because of the change of location and Kemp was going to be closed on our scheduled pick up day). After picking up the travel and the inconvenience of it all, we decided not to use the trailer and phoned U-Haul to tell them this. We were informed that we could just return it and there should be "no problem". Nothing was mentioned that it should be returned that day (which was Thanksgiving Day and we assumed Lone Star would be closed, as the Killarney location was to be closed both on Sunday and Monday, hence the early pick up we were not anticipating.) So we had my folks return the trailer to Lone Star in Brandon. Apparently all that could be done was a $25 credit towards the $172 that had already been charged to my credit card. We were very disappointed that that was all that could be done, in light of all the inconvenience that was caused to us in the first place.
