The U-Haul licensed business in Kendall, Wis. was interesting. The hours they post claim they are open on Saturdays until 6 pm CDT, yet when I arrived around 3:15 pm on Saturday afternoon, they were closed. When returning the unit on Monday, the operator of the business wasn't there. The person behind the counter (I'm not sure if they were an employee of the business) had to call the operator. I spoke with the operator of the business over the phone to go through the return process. No one inspected the unit to verify that it was in good condition as I said it was. That seems odd. Otherwise, the trailer worked as intended and without incident. Please update your hours on the U-Haul website and have personnel in the store to help during hours of business.
Tom Dcomputer system they have here is outdated, people were ok but way out in nowhere land. didn't want to come here but uhaul changed the pickup location the day before.
