Horrible customer service at the Kankakee location. I reserved a truck a week before at this location. Then I was rerouted to this particular location which was fine until they called me on the phone from a unknown number saying that my credit card was not working and would I like to give my credit card over the phone. I said no and that's when his attitude changed! Joshua S. treated me bad and said people give their credit card info all the time over the phone and I said not me. So I said I would just go to the actual U haul store in Kankakee. He replied go ahead on they will tell you there is nothing available. I said fine. So when I arrived in the store there was 3 workers there. So I go up to the counter explaining the situation and Joshua was actually behind the counter telling his coworker that I've already talked to her and since she would not give me her credit card over the phone she will not be rented to. He continued with that horrible attitude and even his female co worker chimed in with attitude saying people give us there credit card number over the phone all the time and I told her I'm not EVERYONE! This went on until I said are y'all actually not renting to me because of this and he says well u wouldn't give me your credit card number and I said well I'm in the store now I can type it in now on his tablet!! He and his coworkers were very disrespectful! And I will NEVER Go to the Kankakee U haul ever again!!!!
