This location is best for the uhaul rentals. They were very helpful and helped us with all our requirements. I highly recommend this location for the uhaul rentals.

Dirty broken truck. Not only was I not given the 50 dollar guarantee after they fail to have my truck ready at the time for pick up, but the truck I received was disgusting with food crumbs, eating utensils, glasses, and safety concerns such as check engine light, squeaky weak breaks, broken lock on passenger door, broken seat belt for the middle seat, ignition key hole was wonky, and the lock on the back of the truck was barley usable. Overall, just unacceptable.

Mahjabin HNeed to rent a truck to furniture from multiple locations but the times didnt work out. I had to book from multiple uhaul locations. When I was about to return the truck I was telling the kinda lady we needed to go pick up a truck from another location. She had informed me that another customer had cancelled and we can keep the truck for longer but needed to bring it back by a certain time for the next booking. Everything worked out for me in the end and the staff even closed off the rental for me when i brought the keys back. Very friendly staff at this location.

JIANZHONG DI had a terrible experience at this U-Haul location, and I will never rent from them again. • Payment Issues: We rented a dolly and paid by credit card in advance. The lady at the counter rudely questioned why we used a credit card, then charged us an extra $0.25 and forced us to pay by debit card as well. • Fuel Scam: When we returned the truck, they claimed we didn’t refuel it. This was our first time renting from U-Haul, and no one ever informed us that we had to return it with the same fuel level. When we explained this, the staff admitted they never gave us this information but rudely told us, “Why didn’t you ask?” • Fraudulent Charges: A staff member first told us there would be a $65 service fee for refueling, which would be charged to our card and invoice. When we agreed, another staff member came after us and suddenly demanded $40 cash/debit at the counter, saying he would “take care of the refueling” off the books. This is completely unprofessional and feels like fraud. This location is cheating customers, forcing unnecessary payments, and treating people with disrespect. I strongly request U-Haul to refund the $40 that was taken illegally and to review this location’s unethical practices

ABU SI refueled the gas to the initial guage and was still OVERCHARGED for gas. The parking in this location was bad and difficult, during the process of parking and reparking, the gas guage dropped little. I will understand a 3 to 4 litres charge but a 10 litres charge is outrageous. I have the picture. Why would you cheat on a customer?
