This was not where we wanted to pick up our trailer. It was 40 miles away. Also right Infront of this location was road construction and the person who needed to rent the trailer was delayed, which made us also delayed and our loading crew had to wait for us for some time. A woman from the Jackson, MS office had told us that if we had to drive any distance to pick up the trailer that we would receive a discount, which we did not receive. However, the people at this location were very nice and we had no problem with them.
