MARK LI returned the truck on 8 February to Ken's Repair & Sales, which advertises 24 hour return and is an open field parking lot with a drop box. I met the owner in the field as he was removing snow. I wasn't able to park the truck where he wanted due to slippage so I handed him the key. But because he didn't close out the return before 9 February, I received an email on 11 February stating that I "failed to meet my contract." Other than that, it was a successful trip.

Clarice SIt was easy to drop off the u-haul. Thankfully it was open after 5pm because we were about 15 minutes later than that. We dropped it off the day that it was rented.
Marlene LThere was no clear direction on what to do upon the return. In addition, there was no one to help with the loading and unloading of the trailer.
Kathy KI was unable to enter the facility or interact with anyone. It was not clear where to park, but the key drop was obvious.
MARTIN HThe latch on the roll-up door was only connected by one rivet. Should be four holding it in place. Otherwise, the trailer was clean and the team at Ken's Repair was very nice and helpful.

Mitch LKen's was easy in and easy out - No waiting in line for otheres to pick-up there truck/trailer. My trailer was ready and waiting for me. it was also clean. The gentleman that helped me also hooked the trailer to my truck. Over-all it was a great experience

John RTruck should be cleaned, fuel tank should be full not just over 3/4 of a tank. The location should move the trucks out of the sand so it’s easier to get in and out of the parking spots

Michael CMike was really nice and professional. The place is kind of hidden and easily missed. It was not Mike's fault that I was sent there. I really have to go far out for a pick up. I was not happy with u-haul for sending me there. I would think twice about using U-haul again.
Hai NMy truck needs to be returned at 9 AM. And this location didn’t open until 10 AM. When I arrive there was a German Shepherd on the property she never tried to come at me but she was very vocal the entire time I was there trying to figure out where to park the truck and where to return the key.

Karen FTruck was covered in snow including the windshield and hood, so had to clean it off myself without an ice scraper or brush. When returning the truck, there was a large German Sheppard dog loose in the lot that was barking continuously and came near as I put the keys in the return drop off box. The dog didn't attack, but very intimidating for some people likely. Overall condition of the lot and grounds was very dilapidate and sketchy looking. Won't rent from them again or recommend to anyone else, and I usually don't leave feedback good or bad.
STANLEY SKen was the best. He located a trailer for me and keeper me updated as to its expected availability. Far better treatment than I had been experiencing with the Blaine location.
John TWas disappointed that when we arrived there was no dolly in the truck and no moving blankets that were supposed to be provided.

Adam GHad to call customer service because had trouble with location configuration on my iPhone. She walked me through the steps and was able to return truck using my iPhone. Without her help it would have been impossible to return, since the location I returned it to had no one there.

TIMOTHY CThe large dog barking and running out toward us as we walked up was a bit disconcerting, but thankfully we are not afraid of dogs. I have a good friend who is, and she would have had a heart attack! Otherwise, we appreciate you working to track down the trailer that had not yet been returned, so that we could come back and get it rented.

mohamed AMake the area around where to back the trailer in when returning it easier to access. There was a longer trailer beside it and we accidentally hit it with the side mirror on our truck and broke the mirror. Our fault but it could have been easier.

James KAfter being told yet again our location was moving, this time due to our original drop off being closed, we headed to Ken's. Didn't think we were in the correct place because it looks like something out of the Walking Dead, abandoned and run down. Even though we were well within the posted open hours, the place was closed...which we found extremely annoying considering that why they moved our drop off location in the first place! So we tried to return it online, but the website wouldn't work to accept my phone location. We were ready to just leave the truck on the side of the road and give up when we saw a horse walk by. Yes, a horse. So we followed the horse and he led us to a gentleman who said he could take the key from us. We were given no receipt or acknowledgment that our truck was returned. But at that point we were tired, annoyed, and quite frankly a bit freaked out with the location so we just gave him the key and got the heck out of there. Finally got a receipt emailed to me and I'm being charged an additional 53 dollars and I cannot get anyone to tell me what its for. Very frustrated with our whole uhaul experience.
