The People in Jonesville Va. was great friendly

on the JH truck the ramp was too short. sitting on level ground- pushing items up the ramp was like climbing Mt. Everest. The guys were walking up a very steep incline. the ramp measured 8 ft . We had used one before and the ramp was sufficient and made it easy to transport items and to walk.(smooth incline) The items were big and had wheels they were really having to strain.

Ordered on line the price was $650 when I went to pick it up , the price $650 went almost $100 more. So for the next customer who orders on line ,please tell them that the price goes up , when they pick it up.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the truck at Shawnee Motors in Big Stone. The truck wasn't there, even though it had been reserved. I had to drive over 25 miles to another location to pick up the truck. No offer of a discount, not even an apology. Horrible experience.

It's not that the location was unclean. It's just not particularly inviting, nor was it uninviting. It serves the purpose and the building and improvements are not new. Nonetheless, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is also much appreciated and there are no existing locations in the area which would be an improvement without great investment expense in infrastructure.

Well iv rented their a few times and was always told if u brought truxk back early and was sitting there when they came in to open I wouldn't get charged for that day well this time must've been different or they pick and choose when u get charged cause I was charged for a whole day that I didn't use and that's not fair nor right to the customer when it's always been a certain way unsatisfied totally

The truck was dirty, but I don't blame Kent's Flooring. UHaul had to reroute us there unexpectedly, and there was very little turnover time for them to clean it before we had to pick it up. That problem of undersupply should be fixed by UHaul -- we had to drive two hours out of our way to get the truck we ordered.

I got charged for going over mileage!! The mileage was different because U-haul in DC didn't have my reserved truck at the first location, so I had to get it from another location, which caused a change in the mileage. Not only did I have to pay for an Uber to get from one U-haul to another, but then I got charged the difference in mileage!! YOU SHOULD PAY ME MONEY!! Even if not just for the aggravation, time, money, and effort I spent, but for U-haul's terrible service.
