Had a very frightening experience while traveling. The left front wheel BROKE! Luckily we were traveling only 20 Miles Per Hour when it happened and we pulled over very quickly. If this had happened anytime earlier that day it could have been very bad. Please have someone contact me regarding this.

Kelly was so kind to talk too. He asked me if I was Hmong and I answered “yes.” We ended up chatting about how his wife used to train the Hmong ladies cooking and sewing when our people first arrived to the US in the 70s after the Vietnam War. Just that connection alone was special and meant a lot to me because my mom was an amazing seamstress and sewed Hmong clothing for our family and others. She is no longer with us nor my father, so hearing him tell his testimony about encounters and friendships with the Hmong people truly touched me. Thank you so much for such a man amazing experience and great truck. Blessings!

Kerry was a very nice guy he answers his phone right away was excellent job he needs a raise i will tell everyone about kerry i got the truck two days in a row great job he does everyone else makes you wait a1/2 hour till they like answering the phone you should have more people like jerry thank you patty lulloff

Kerry was helpful and friendly, although we didn't meet in person as I used the app to pick up, he called ahead of time to let me know the truck was ready, answered my questions, and helped me add furniture pads to the rental. All around good experience.

Luckily Kerry's Vroom Service saved the transaction. I was originally supposed to pick up the trailer at a different location that was filthy. The employees didn't even know how to complete the transaction, once they finally figured it out, that's when we realized the trailer was “defective” and I had to be sent to a completely different town 40 minutes away. I don't mind the drive if I know that's initially the plan. Otherwise trailer performed well and got to the destination in one piece.

We were informed when we rented a trailer that the drop-off time wasn't too strict. When my bill arrived we had been charged for a two day rental. We had only passed the pick-up time by two hours.

I stopped in the previous Friday to find out how the pick up worked. Spoke with Kerry and he mentioned where he lived. I was not able to get the code. Uhaul said "My location services was not on" but it was. I went to Kerry's house in a panic and he stopped what he was doing and got me the code. He went so far above and beyond that I can't express my gratitude enough. Had I not known where he lived or he wasn't home I would have been terribly disappointed in not being able to secure the vehicle. If I ever need another Uhaul it will be in person pick up.

Kerry the owner of the business was extremely nice and very quick to complete the rental. The truck was extremely clean also. The HORRIBLE problem we had with U-Haul Is that a reservation means absolutely nothing to U-Haul. Our original reservation made two weeks ahead of time was a pick up in Two Rivers which was 5 minutes from our home. Then two days before we are to pick up the vehicle we get the a call from Ken In transportation who tells us the only vehicle available is in Kimberly an HOUR away from our original reservation location. He then proceeded to tell us that we had been told that no vehicles were available in Two Rivers or Manitowoc when we made the reservation via a live U-Haul Rep (which is totally untrue!!! We had a printed confirmation!!!! . when we made the reservation even though we are looking at a printed out reservation that clearly says we are picking up the vehicle in Two Rivers. Bottom line he said is if you want the vehicle you're gonna need to drive to Kimberly to get it. What type of bogus reservation system do you have what a reservation means absolutely nothing to accompany. We want someone from U-Haul to give us a call about this horrible experience. Kerry was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle we ordered for rental was at his shop on the day/time we needed. He entered all the info in on the computer for me when I called him to make the reservation. I will definitely use Kerry again for the next college move!

Truck had a lot of damage that was not marked / recorded. Spent a lot of time taking pictures upon check in. Also inside the cab was dirty, stuff had been spilled down the drivers side door and there was garbage on the ground. The moving blankets were not folded as the sign in the trailer requests.

Check in with phone was difficult. Got to property after hours. Got all items uploaded and waiting on a code to get keys. Chatted with help line and they tequested a photo of my face from my ID. Tried to upload multiple times, but app wouldn't accept it. Philip from uhaul called.....told him my technical difficulties and he hanges up the phone and my reservation was canceled on my phone. What crappy service from uhaul associates. Called Kerry the owner of shop that had my rental and he came by after hours on the weekend to manually set me up and put me on my way. Thanks to Kerry I made it to my appointment to pick up items before that business closed. Uhaul phone check in could be convenient, but technology leaves you disappointed in my experiences.

Thank you. One of the tires of the auto transport trailer was damaged and created delays on my trip. Inspecting the equipment after return for possible wear and or damage of essential items such as tires, safety belts and safety chains will help avoid delays on trip.

Be sure to check if your equipment is in the truck before you leave. I rented and was charged for a dolly I didn't receive and unfortunately didn't notice until we got to our place. Otherwise good experience!

I feel that the location change is a bait and switch. I think that making me go to Kaukauna to pick up the truck that I reserved in Appleton is B.S.. And on top of making me waste my time, you also charged the extra cost for mileage. You have a lot of online complaints about this and I will not use Uhaul if at all possible in the future because I believe you have a corporate dishonesty about your reservation system. You should be more transparent and not hide behind legalese. Yes, you are legally OK. But pissed off customers will not keep you in business.

Other U Haul location was uncooperative so I called this place. It's a repair shop that also has U Haul. Van was clean (almost new) and the owner was super helpful as I had a voucher from last year for being overcharged at a Madison dealer. We got all done and the charges came out exactly as we predicted. My group delivers Christmas gifts to needy military and vets families all over WI so I put on 400 miles in an afternoon and will be renting from here every year.

The website is terribly glitchy. I have to call every time I need to do a rental or a change because it won't go through on the website. Also, the online return system didn't work with my phone and I didn't know it until I tried to return it. If it doesn't work, then I need to come back during business hours (too late at that point) and either incur a late fee or a $20 convenience fee for a $15 trailer. Oh, and to me “2 days” means 2 days, not just 48 hours, so I think that should be more specific on your site.

After trailer was picked up, it was discovered one of the tires was in very poor condition and bald. Dealer arranged for Uhaul service to call me and come and change the tire which was done very quickly, however, the trailer should have been inspected and tire issue found before I picked up. If I had to use immediately, I would not have been able to. Uhaul service (phone & on-site) was excellent.

The only comment I have is that I was charged for a dozen packing blankets and only got a half dozen. Otherwise it was a very good experience.
