I ended up with some moving complications which resulted in return being slightly late. I rated "clean and inviting" with no simply because the guy was pretty upset so wasn't very inviting. Didn't actually realize there was a set time to return either, which was my bad. Was charged an additional $180 for this which caused some financial hardship as it wasn't budgeted for. That charge seems rather excessive. I did return a clean truck with more gas than I got it with.Matt S.
Not the fault of Kerrys, it was a Uhaul issue. We found out 20 minutes before pickup that the trailer pickup was moved 15 miles away. Because it was just a email notification, I only found out about the change in location, when I got to the original pickup location in NeenahMike M.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the man eho spoke with my husband a week ago had said originally we could keep the truck all weekend. We ended up with only getting it from Thursday afternoon thru 8am SatKenneth H.

Windshield on the truck was so dirty couldn't hardly see out of it I had to clean it before using. Also tried to rent at a different location but the guy there was going on vacation said just to do it online and that was uselessRobert K.

Customer service was excellent and location was convenient. Very honest and the tips given for smooth travels helped considerably. However, the U-haul website needs work. Tried logging in numerous times using the correct user number and password without success. Had to create a new account to check in my return. The customer agent checked in my truck late, causing me to have another day charged to my account. After being on hold with uhaul for over an hour, I was told I would have to return to that location if I wanted a refund. When I extended my rental, I was advised of an additional $40/day charge. The charge was actually $56 per day. I will not ever recommend uhaul for its lack of customer service and hidden fees that they do not advise their customers of. Beware and find a different company for your needs.ELIZABETH T.
When I reserved the unit, I selected. Drop off location. But when we picked the unit up, it was changed to drop off at any location. So when we tried to drop off at a location, we had to bring it to the original selected drop off location.Ann N.

Felt your rates are high. I had to rent your truck for just a couple of hours and had to pay 60 bucks. With all that is going on during this covid whilst almost of people are struggling, I know u haul has to make money and pay its workers well but it would be great if u haul reconsiders its rates (where necessary) and give back to the people. Had a very frightening experience while traveling. The left front wheel BROKE! Luckily we were traveling only 20 Miles Per Hour when it happened and we pulled over very quickly. If this had happened anytime earlier that day it could have been very bad. Please have someone contact me regarding this.Darren P.

Kelly was so kind to talk too. He asked me if I was Hmong and I answered â€œyes.â€ We ended up chatting about how his wife used to train the Hmong ladies cooking and sewing when our people first arrived to the US in the 70s after the Vietnam War. Just that connection alone was special and meant a lot to me because my mom was an amazing seamstress and sewed Hmong clothing for our family and others. She is no longer with us nor my father, so hearing him tell his testimony about encounters and friendships with the Hmong people truly touched me. Thank you so much for such a man amazing experience and great truck. Blessings!Ka L.

Luckily Kerry's Vroom Service saved the transaction. I was originally supposed to pick up the trailer at a different location that was filthy. The employees didn't even know how to complete the transaction, once they finally figured it out, that's when we realized the trailer was â€œdefectiveâ€ and I had to be sent to a completely different town 40 minutes away. I don't mind the drive if I know that's initially the plan. Otherwise trailer performed well and got to the destination in one piece.Ryan W.

I stopped in the previous Friday to find out how the pick up worked. Spoke with Kerry and he mentioned where he lived. I was not able to get the code. Uhaul said "My location services was not on" but it was. I went to Kerry's house in a panic and he stopped what he was doing and got me the code. He went so far above and beyond that I can't express my gratitude enough. Had I not known where he lived or he wasn't home I would have been terribly disappointed in not being able to secure the vehicle. If I ever need another Uhaul it will be in person pick up.Joseph L.
Kerry the owner of the business was extremely nice and very quick to complete the rental. The truck was extremely clean also. The HORRIBLE problem we had with U-Haul Is that a reservation means absolutely nothing to U-Haul. Our original reservation made two weeks ahead of time was a pick up in Two Rivers which was 5 minutes from our home. Then two days before we are to pick up the vehicle we get the a call from Ken In transportation who tells us the only vehicle available is in Kimberly an HOUR away from our original reservation location. He then proceeded to tell us that we had been told that no vehicles were available in Two Rivers or Manitowoc when we made the reservation via a live U-Haul Rep (which is totally untrue!!! We had a printed confirmation!!!! . when we made the reservation even though we are looking at a printed out reservation that clearly says we are picking up the vehicle in Two Rivers. Bottom line he said is if you want the vehicle you're gonna need to drive to Kimberly to get it. What type of bogus reservation system do you have what a reservation means absolutely nothing to accompany. We want someone from U-Haul to give us a call about this horrible experience. Truck had a lot of damage that was not marked / recorded. Spent a lot of time taking pictures upon check in. Also inside the cab was dirty, stuff had been spilled down the drivers side door and there was garbage on the ground. The moving blankets were not folded as the sign in the trailer requests.Dylan S.
