I waited over 30 minutes for my reservation and I was told if I brought the trailer back by the next day around my checkout time I would only be billed for 1 day. I brought the trailer back on time and still got biled for 2 days

Enola BThey got the truck back 18 hours early . Filled to the same gas level. I picked the truck up and it was filthy inside the box. Leaves and berry things everywhere. I had to clean it before I could use it. They charged me more money when I returned it.

patricia bIt's a small little local bait shop that also dabbles in uHauls. The people were friendly, but it's primarily a bait shop. Other than that, it was convenient and it got the job done.

Darlene MDear Uhaul- The Truck we rented was one of the worst driving trucks we have ever rented from Unhaul. It appeared fine, but the drive was aweful. The truck shook so much and bounced so that hard my husband had a severe headache from driving it. Any of our items with glass even though they were well wrapped and taped were shattered when we arrived at our destination. Screws that held a bbq grill together had been shaken completely loose, A well built wooden table with dove tail fittings had to be restablized once we got it in the house because it had been shaken loose. We will likely not rent from Uhaul again after this experience. We have been loyal customers for over 25 years. If this is the type of trucks you are going to provide then it will cost us more to fix and replace items after the move than if we had used a good friends pick up truck. My recommendation - scrap the new fleet because they are worse than potatoe wagons on wooden wheels. Best regards, Flora Elmore
