The employees at Kettle Moraine Town & Country were super friendly, exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process & very accommodating! Initially, I created a U-Haul account online & created a saved quote for a transportation trailer. However, when I went to Kettle Moraine to confirm the reservation, the saved quote was nowhere to be found. I thought "Oh great. This is gonna take forever." Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong! The employees were great! They were immediately apologetic... even though it wasn't their fault... and created a new reservation in a snap. They made the whole process... beginning to end... quick, easy, and frustration-free! Overall... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting a U-Haul item from KETTLE MORAINE TOWN & COUNTRY! Yesterday I was waited in, but not with a smile. Not an explanation on the charges. My mother in law who is 88 was so disappointed in the way were treated. Then she took a gal in the parking lot and the man outside took a few minutes to help even though he saw her down on the ground. Rough day.Julie O.
Somebody could have let me know about the new store in Friendship wis. On top of that you charged me an extra $26.00 for over mileage. Not very perfessional Uhaul. On topof that you screwed me around with the 20 foot truck ended up with a15 foot not enough room had to rent a trailer too. What do you have to say for yourself ??Robert M.

On the U-Haul website, I tried to add insurance, but clicking on the link sent me back to the log in page. The clerk was able to add insurance at the store so no problem. Trailer was perfect, reservation, pick up and return were fast and easy.Robert B.

some assistance helping load a car on the car port by giving direction. Also, using video is not always clear. To me this is a liability to Uhaul if I do not load correctly.Andrea T.

Hi there! I tried calling and leaving a message but the number provided (262-626-2265) didn't have a voicemail option and I couldn't get through. There was no dolly or moving pad in the truck when I opened it up! But I picked it up at 8pm via mobile check-in so there was no one at the front desk to be able to talk to about the missing items. I just don't want to be charged for them since there was nothing I could do about it!Shannon O.

Customers should be advised that they will automatically be assessed a $40 safe tow coverage fee. I contacted the corporate uhaul office for a refund and was declined. Also note - staffing at the store was single handed - the young girl did a good job managing customers but service was delayed.Kris K.

First off both of the trailers that I have rented have not fit my vehicle. I put in all the information for what I would be hauling/towing and they both said they would work. Neither did!! The auto hauler was too short, and the tow dolly was not wide enough. I have now wasted 2 days, extra gas, and have not had good customer service from this location as far as cancelling my tow dolly. Raven trailer was apparently able to cancel my trailer rental because it didn't work for me. I am super frustrated and so is the person I am trying to pick up the vehicle from. I need my money back for the tow dolly and the auto trailer due to this headache. Also the website needs to be more accurate with it's vehicles. I put No for equipment well maintained because you couldn't ratchet the wheel tie downs due to being rusty and seized.Jordan S.

The drop off location is a dead end parking lot and is constrained. No chocks for the trailer parking area were available and when we disconnected, the trailer rolled freely away. It only stopped because of an ice pile.Edward M.

Truck was dirty, no windshield washer fluid & was told at drop off it was supposed to be only a LOCAL rental. I drove it nearly 300 miles. Very loose steering & 151000+ miles.Thomas B.

Everyone was polite and courteous. Everything was ready for me. The improvement needs to be on setting up the contract. It was e-mailed to me and I was told I was all good to go. I should have looked at the contract but assumed everything carried over. I reserved the trailer online prior to pick up. I was to pick up on the 19th and return on the 21st. I still have that confirmation e-mail as proof. I got a call from the drop off location on the 20th wondering where I was. I told them I thought I had it until the 21st. I haven't received a bill for anything yet so I don't even know if the receiving location billed me for an extra day or not.Adam T.
Made registration to pick up in Allenton. Was cold. Lock frozen. Couldn't get truck. Took 40mn out of my moving day. They did correct it by finding a different location and the correct size truck.Barb G.
I was very dissatisfied with the actual U-Haul truck. The mirrors were very difficult to adjust and I know how to do it I drive a school bus. It was very difficult to move the seat forward I had to get my husband to help me and he even had a hard time with it. The driver side door and the passenger door literally had to be slammed so hard otherwise they would not shut tight and the alarm would go off on the dash thing they were still open. There was also a whistling on the driver side window like the window wouldn't close all the way. Actually I am moving to Wyoming and I will not be driving a U-Haul there I'm going to go with Penske.Rose L.

Im a little upset and confused. My first time renting. I rented it for 7 hours i didnt pick it up until afternoon. I couldnt return it that evening because i receive a text stating to go to the link follow the return steps. However the link kept saying unsecured hackers may be trying to hack into uhaul.com Then it closed. I sat there for an hour not knowing what to do. The girl at the counter that rented it to me said if i couldnt get it back in time i have until 12pm. I was in motel few blocks away. I returned it first thing in the morning I wanted to pay she said uts all done I asked how much i wasnt even told. I looked up receipt on my phone and there were no details. I called asked the women that checked it in how much mileage i used since i couldnt do it on the phone trying to return it. She said she didnt know. Well i seemed To get different receipts i was charged for 71.5 hours @.69 cents a mile I added my mileage over and over. 10 miles to my storage unit w4816 hwy h fredonia wi from uhaul Agent. 14 miles from unit to grafton unit back to my fredonia unit in fredonia 14 miles then to location in a West Bend 11 miles and back to agent in kewaskum from west bend 8.5 miles How is that 71 miles?? I asked 2 different employees there and I didnt really get an answer i think it was pretty expensive. Especially when I didnt get the detailed charges just total amount no explanation. $99.40 plus $27.00 in gas no way i put on 71.milesCARYN K.

It was A UHaul overall experience which was terrible. The service at this specific location was great. I reserved a truck online on Friday, so I don't have to worry about finding and renting a truck on Saturday. And I spent at least 3 hours on Saturday to find an equipment. Because the pick-up truck was not available. Even I reserved it. And I have to go to a different location and get a different truck. While reserving the truck, they claimed a $50 credit, if something went wrong with my reservation, but no one gave me a $50 credit. ZA 414-595-5872Zahoor A.

The only item I was disappointed with had nothing to do with the dealership in Kewaskum When I received the text from my contact in the Fond du Lac area, there was no name, address or phone number of the Kewaskum dealership. I dug around for intormation and called there for location and directions. The Town and Country people were very courteous and helpful, and the equipment served us very well.STEPHEN L M.

I ordered a 26' truck 1 month in advance. They claimed that they not only called me but also left a text message. My phone does not show any phone calls or text message. So when I got there to pick up the truck, they said I had to drive 45 miles to Kewaskum to pick it up. I had people lined up to help & this inconvenience put us behind schedule & some couldn't stay to help. To top it off, I had ordered 12 moving blankets and there were none. Very unhappy.RUTH S.
