So she did not check in the equipment and spoke Korean , I told her I do speak Korean .i asked her to look at the truck to make sure nothing wrong , she told me everything fine. Then I got a call later from U-Haul asking me to return the U-Haul , and I already had . Also , took pictures of truck because feared issues.

Kathryn SMy main complaint is there I told the person that I at least wanted the option to check in the regular way, and not the mobile check in. They said a person would get there at 7:30a if I wanted to check in the traditional way, but no one showed up. We got through it, but very poor communication.
Daniel HVery dirty uhaul with damage and location was in a bad neighborhood, and not the location I set to pick up the uhaul.

John MThe store looked closed. I had an appt for 130. I walked in and the lady said the guy that handles uhaul would be in at 330 and I should come back. I went outside to chat with uhaul. She came out with a guy named Ryan on the phone. He ultimately told her I was good and she gave me the keys. I did not look over or sign any paperwork. The cab of the truck smelled like a barn. The right front tire had low pressure and there was another icon on the dash lit up that looked like a trailer. I couldn't drive the highway cause the whole truck would shake. I dropped the rental back at the store 5 hours later. Then I got 2 phone calls from uhaul, one while I was speaking to the first one, asking when I planned to return the truck. Then I checked my receipt and I was charged 15 for save move when I opted out of it. I was grateful to be able to get my son moved, but the experience was very less than ideal. I suppose you get what you pay for.
