I would recommend if no other choice was available.

The trucks and the box for keys should be on the same side of the building, not opposite sides. It's also incredibly difficult to figure out where the office is. Signage is bad. But on the plus side, you can pick up the truck when they're closed.

As I mentioned to my previous comment, when I picked up the truck the fuel indicator was showing 337 miles to empty, when I return the truck (after the short hair lady, got in the truck and check it, she told me everything is ok, you don't need to do anything), was showing 347 miles to empty, but on my receipt says that you charged me over $7 because there were 2 gallons gasoline short ! What a sneaky way for just over seven bucks... I had the impression that U-Haul wasn't that cheap...

The uhaul drop box was not labeled. There were no signs. The guy that answered the door told me to go to the other door and when I went there no one answered. The sign and the website said that they were openned and yet the place was locked. When I called the number, no one answered even though someone came to the side door when I knocked.

The 121 Overseas Hwy location was convenient and had the truck I needed. it was clean and ready to go for my rental. Josh was very helpful and made the rental process simple.

Agent came out and checked me out immediately and completed the rental in approx. 3 minutes and said I would get an email recipe and I did before I left the premises.
