I am very disappointed with this experience. I made the reservation ONE WEEK before the pickup date. I called the store 3 TIMES before the day to make sure that I could pick up the truck at 9 AM. However, at the time of my pickup, 9 AM on Wednesday, I called the store 20 TIMES before a guy answered the phone. Then he told me he didn't have a truck for me to pick up becuase UHUAL don't have a fucking driver to drop off the truck. I asked how long would I wait, he said he didn't know. I waited ONE HOUR at outside of the store then he told me that I should go to another location to pick up the truck if I don't want to wait. Then I drove another 20 minutes to the location he told me, and at the time I arrived, another guy called me and said that my truck was assigned to his store and I need to pick it up at his store and NOWHERE ELSE. So I have to drive another 10 minutes to THE THIRD STORE. My movers sit in my apartment for 2 hours waiting for me to bring a fucking truck back. Now you ask my feedback. I would say, I will never rent a fucking uhual anymore, and tell all the people I know to NOT RENT A UHUAL. THANK YOU VERY MUCH UHUAL!DONGZE H.

The major thing I would improve is the roadside service. I had a unprofessional interaction with my technician while he worked on my broken down vehicle. I did not appreciate his manner and he was very short and unwelcoming to feedback.Antonio T.
The agent was very pleasant and professional. The location was atypical, had to call and wait for him to arrive, and the vehicle was not clean (there was some grainy substance spilled in the passenger side of the cab and a few items left in the back of the truck). However, I was able to accomplish my purpose in needing the truck and overall was satisfied with the experience.Leah G.

The process to check in and actually leave with the vehicle was a little longer than I anticipated. I felt like maybe if I had selected the option to pick up the phone via mobile app, it would have been a faster process. Additionally, the quote I received when picking up the vehicle was not the same as the quote I received online. I was being forced to take the insurance, which I de-selected online. I'm a good driver and was willing to take the risk that I would have no issues during the time I was using the truck. However, the associate at this location stated the insurance was automatically applied and there was on way to remove it. In any other scenario, I would have just walked away and not rented the truck, but I was 100 miles from home, had taken a train in to pick up the UHaul, and had a very strict timeframe for which I had to pickup items I had won at an auction. I didn't have time to continue to argue about the insurance, and I was unable to complete the process without signing the contract (which stated I was agreeing to accept and pay for the insurance I did not want).TENIELLE W.
I was over charged for Fuel. I had it booked and driven for 90 miles and they charged me $58 some change for 90 miles, claiming that the fuel wasn't at the same level of rented truck picked up. How it's possible that I consumed more than 14 Gallons fuel/Gas for driven the U-Hal 15 feet truck and burned 14+ miles. Is that mean, the 15 feet U-Hal trucks only gives 4 miles highway and less than 3 miles city? this is crazy. I wasn't even informed that I have to refuel the truck. MY assumption was that I m paying $0.99 per miles is using the truck fuel and convenient fee. If I had known I would've rented one way and dropped off at another location.Rafiullah H.
Notify your customer prior to their appointment that you changed their location for pickup and have requested moving equipment available or give discount. This experience cost me money and time.REO L.
