Nothing too much was glad there was a box for the keys! The lady at the store was real nice and easy to work with being my first time renting a u haul I put a little extra gas in it!

No ramp . Truck was dirty with metal and trash in it . No dolly. No gas barely in tank . Horrible experience.

She was open and had what we needed. So that is good, just the tariler hitch was bent , made it rough to pull but we did with no problems getting home with the cross for our daughters wedding
