This U-Haul experience was a disaster. I originally booked my U-Haul at a location closer to my home that had both of the items I was requesting which was a U-Haul and also a appliance dolly the representative from U-Haul that said they were customer service recommended that I go to another facility to pick up the U-Haul and the dolly so I agree because he said it was closer to my home. When I get to the U-Haul location, it is a liquor store with only one U-Haul and no appliance dolly. I think that you guys should do better with coordinating for your customers instead of giving them the runaround and send them farther out having the customer pay more and mileage, and then not even having the dolly that I requested.
