Was unable to rent a truck locally Luckily, there was one available in the location that I was headed Was a little more trouble but for such a short notice, it went surprisingly well Will use again in the future, if the situation arises

A more knowledgable employee would have gone a long way when picking up the truck. It was at least another 30 minutes after my appointment to pick up the truck after she gave the wrong truck to the person arriving ahead of me before I could get checked out.
