The truck was nice and everything would have been perfect if the U-Haul app wasn't so slow. The truck pick-up is actually in the back of the building, which is fine and the app eventually told me that, but it took several minutes. Dealing with the app took 45 minutes to pick up the truck and I don't think it ever worked correctly on the return. That's not the fault of this particular location, so I don't hold it against them. I'm sure it would have been easier if pickup and dropoff were during their normal hours.
WILLIAM DWhen I arrived there was no one there. I took them 2 hours to get there. The contract was done thru an agent over the phone and it was a challenge. It was not an easy process

SILVEN GA more knowledgable employee would have gone a long way when picking up the truck. It was at least another 30 minutes after my appointment to pick up the truck after she gave the wrong truck to the person arriving ahead of me before I could get checked out.
