The people at this location were not trained and did not know what the pick up procedure was. While they were very friendly and apologetic, it took almost 30 mins for them to figure out what needed to be done before they could give me the keys. The truck had 3 pallets in the back, which made loading it with our stuff a bit challenging as we had to work around this. They charged me for 16.3 miles, or 26kms, and there is no way we drove that many kms. We mapped out the trips we took and it came in at around 19-20kms. When I rented the truck, I was told the per km rate was $0.99 but we were charged $1.19. I was charged a $25.00 cleaning fee, which was totally unacceptable since there were 3 pallets left int he truck when we picked dit up. Obviously no one cleaned it out before renting it to us.
