This was the original location I reserved. U-Haul called me the day before and told me I had to go to a town 40 minutes away to get the truck. We went there at 8am and the app wouldn’t allow us to check the truck out. After being on the phone for 40 minutes we were told to pick the truck up at the greenville location. I am not sure why things got so screwed up, but it cost me several hours of time I could have been working to move.
SARAH LOwner should not bring up his political beliefs with customers. Not everyone may share his views and it makes interaction awkward.

Laura BOnly one problem with this drop off place which I used after hours. The entrance was very narrow with ditches on either side, making turning a 26-foot truck into it very nervy.

Gregory GI returned my truck after hours, so there were no personnel to comment on. The lot is very small and because it was raining the ground was soggy with deep puddles. But honestly after a long, stressful trip, that was the least of my concerns. I just wanted to drop of the equipment and leave.
Katie WThe service was very bad we was supposed to get the truck at 615 we sat at the place for 5 hrs before we got the truck something was wrong with online service when we reserved the first truck it was cancel when we reserved the second truck we was told the location was in Washington nc it ended up being in greenville so really yall owe us for waiting that long go back and listen to recording and one dude from customer service hung up on us so we don't own nothing

Melanie BMy reservations were changed 4 different times. I scheduled to pick up my truck at 8am 1st place I was sent to didn't open till 10 then I was sent this place that didn't open till 9am. I did not receive my reserved truck until 930am with no fuel.
LILLIAN FWhile trying to check in via mobile, the GPS location would not allow this to happen, even though I was standing in the office. This was very frustrating. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the "help" center, Phyllis stepped in and saved the day by processing my check in and getting me on the road in 10 minutes. Kudos to her customer service skills. Not so much U Haul help desk.

Chandler PTry getting your company's act together. We had reserved a van several days ahead to be picked up at another location. Upon arrival at that location we found there was no van, but that they would try to find another vehicle for us at another location; which they did. Two hours later, after driving to that other location we finally got a vehicle, a truck. But we were told that we had to bring it back by five oclock, which greatly inconvenienced us. Overall a tough situation to deal with. However, things worked out for us; the company DID come through, and at a great value, so I'll admit I have very little to complain about, and would recommend U-haul to anybody needing to rent a van or truck.

I can understand that but I had to ask him to call around for me instead of volunteering to do what he could. The second place Kings Auto Sales was very helpful.

sally hthe young lady, Ms Joyce, was helpful and polite. She was indeed a breath of fresh air compared to the lady from Ample Storage that I had dealt with earlier that day. April from Ample Storage should NEVER work customer service again. She was just RUDE!!! Thank you to Ms Joyce for making my U-Haul experience a better one.
