Had a terrible experience renting and dropping off. Attendant didn’t know how to navigate the software and I was charged for gas after bringing back gas more than where I took it from
Sikod NI’ve had time to collect my sanity now. This place was a nightmare I actually was afraid for my life. Secondly the equipment I requested was not there. Why did U-Haul not make sure what I needed was available ? Due to this inconvenience I was forced to rent the truck an additional day. This whole experience is a nightmare. I have always used U-Haul but rest assured this is my last time utilizing this company. I’m sure you don’t care you have your money. I was told to use CC to secure rental but could use my Visa debit to pay for mileage but upon arrival’s. I was not. They secured my card for estimated mileage I’m so very upset with this whole experience. I can’t even continue with this review Brenda Gibson
Brenda GThis company took my uhaul full of my shit when my sons chemo medication was in the back and he was getting terminally ill ya I'm seeing how much I can sue for especially the tow truck drivers
