It seemed like the employee assisting us was either new or not fully trained on how to handle the transaction. It took over 20 minutes just to receive the keys, and nearly another 30 minutes to complete the return process. We had to walk back and forth between the store and the truck more than five times, and were asked to turn the truck on and off four separate times for different reasons. After spending close to an hour on what should have been a simple process, the experience felt very inefficient and frustrating. To add to that, I received seven separate emails immediately after the transaction, which felt excessive and unnecessary.

You should also be asking if the office calling me was helpful as the return was changed by them creating a discrepancy of mileage which we were not accommodated for. The location I was supposed to be able to drop off at was 1 mile away versus 8. And due to construction we needed to take an alternate route from our first house to our second house which took up the original additional milleage. So the additional charge should not have been put on me since it was uhauls issue not mine.

DWAYNE BI didn't interact with anybody much except for the clerk at counter he was very busy so I just gave him the key and told him where I had parked it. That last question I can't really answer as far a customer service service goes. The clerk was very polite tho.

STEVEN MFirst of all this store had only been doing UHaul business for a week or two per their employees. Customer service was very slow (30+ minutes total pick up time) but employees were friendly and helpful. This location is primarily a small liquor store and propane dealer with just a couple employees and it is obvious their focus is on repeat customers for their sales as opposed to one time UHaul customers. Owner was nice enough to provide assistance in hooking up my vehcile to the auto trailer, but did not provide any directions as to use of truck/trailer at all other than giving me the keys as they were nuch more concerned with their retail liquor/propane business. I would rec. chooing one of the large UHaul only businesses in Bullhead instead.
