First of all this store had only been doing UHaul business for a week or two per their employees. Customer service was very slow (30+ minutes total pick up time) but employees were friendly and helpful. This location is primarily a small liquor store and propane dealer with just a couple employees and it is obvious their focus is on repeat customers for their sales as opposed to one time UHaul customers. Owner was nice enough to provide assistance in hooking up my vehcile to the auto trailer, but did not provide any directions as to use of truck/trailer at all other than giving me the keys as they were nuch more concerned with their retail liquor/propane business. I would rec. chooing one of the large UHaul only businesses in Bullhead instead.
