I don't see a thing that's needed to be changed. Explanation of the process there at Kings's transmission was excellent. Excellent hospitality experienced in the two that i met there. Yes, i'd definitely use King's transmission U=Haul services again and again.

Teresa was a delight. The truck was nearly new. No concerns about the actual location, however, I had to drive a great deal out of my way to get the truck when I had made the reservation ahead of time to avoid having to drive out of my way.

Did reservation and check in online. Once on site, process was quick, representative was friendly and courteous. She gave me her local contact number in case of problems and showed me the drop off area. Returned truck a few hours later, completed return online, dropped keys off. Sent a text to the contact number provided as a courtesy. Piece of cake. Would highly recommend this location.

Poor communication from Uhaul. This location was closed so I called several numbers and waited on the phone with uhaul for 15mins or so until I could talk to someone only to find out I was supposed to do the online access but wasn't told that.
