Very professional and personable. They answered all our questions and satisfied all our requirements. The move of our furniture to the new location was fantastic. We had no problems, and returning the the trailer was a breeze!!! Five stars to both the parties involved. I would recommend U-Haul to make them their first choice for a personal move.

Doug went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and had everything needed for the move. The truck, however, could use some TLC. There was so much damage to the outside of the trailer that I surprised it stayed in one piece as I drove it on the interstate.
