Forgot about my rental equipments
Jeffrey SThe location did not open at it's scheduled hours (9am-5pom) so I did not get my Uhaul until 9:30am, despite having it booked for 9am. I had a mover booked so this screwed up my timing immensely. The truck itself was fine.
CHANTAL DLocation had no parking to leave the vehicle and suggested leaving the vehicle at a nearby church (which is not public parking). Was told the gas was filled and to return the car full, but it wasn't full making it hard to know how much to fill gas (ended up overpaying).
JOSHUA DQuick and easy to rent the van. Just a very small parking lot. Probably worse because of the snow. But no issues at all!

LUCY KThe U-Haul cargo van did not come equipped with snow tires, which is extremely dangerous given the winter road conditions in Toronto. And the rental location was not properly plowed, so by the end of the day when we were returning the vehicle, the vehicle was almost stuck in a snowbank at the entrance. There was no shovel available at the location either to make it easier. Please ensure that all vehicles are properly equipped for the winter season as it makes it unsafe for the renters and others sharing the road.

MICHAEL Rno one mentioned the 2 days deal for my one way trip as i rushed to bring back my truck instead of using all the time that was allocated to me and rushing to bring it back before the 24h mark, not just at the uhaul location but also the women i talked to on the phone didnt mention nothing.

TAMMY DEnsure that the interior is actually cleaned before renting it out to another family. There was a old cigarette butt on the ground, along with a Gatorade cap with a sign behind the driver seat that was left by another client. The customer service was great just the vehicle could’ve been more cleaner.

GLORIA MTruck was very dirty. Had McDonalds garbage in the front seat, lots of boxes and cardboard in the back section along with white drywall dust and pieces of drywall. It was quite gross and I had to put down tarps on the ground so my items would not get dirty. They need to clean before they rent out.
MARI FSignage for U Haul rentals at the entrance would be excellent. The entrance was very easy to miss. Please also provide locks for the truck bed in the future.
WING HFirst of all the pickuplocation was changed, and the new location was farther to my house. At the pickup, the person in charge mentioned the fuel is one forth, but it was actually almost empty. When I mentioned this to him, he said the gage will gradually go up, which it didn't. Also when I asked about the insurance, he was not very helpful.
Mahdi KI found the location near Bayview Station very convenient, and the staff was friendly. Returning the car was easy. I will definitely use this branch again next time.

Hiu TWhen i arrive the shop is closed and i need to wait the owner for 30 minutes. I supposed to get the equipment in 2:30 pm but because of this i was half hour late to my moving schedule. Car was dirty.

Yue SI didn’t know what to expect based on some google reviews, but my experience was flawless. Easy process for rental, he had the accessories I needed, the after hours return was simple and the receipt was e-mailed to me the next morning. Great experience.
Mark FThe owner of the Uhaul which I made my first reservation, at 12 Canvarco Rd, was very unfriendly. I guaranteed my reservation with credit card, saying I would pick up at 9, return it at 5pm. When I called to confirm my coming at 10:30, he said he couldn't find my reservation, even with my reservation number. Then I called your Head office for help, not much help. So I called 317 Shepherd, got the truck without issue.

Johnathan SThere was a grease on the trunk floor and it stained my carpet. Also the vehicle key location was not on the back of the truck. I had trouble to locate the key and the pickup was delayed. Your app is not working properly for pickup or dropoff. Finally the pickup and dropoff process is very complicated due to poor descriptions on the website.

Rupen TThe items I reserved and needed for my move (furniture dolly and furniture pads) were not available and I was given no forewarning so I could make other plans. The owner of this U-Haul location gave me an address to another U-Haul location to pick up the items he didn’t have but when I got there, that location was closed. I had to complete my move without these items, which was extremely inconvenient. The utility dolly that was provided was damaged/bent and didn’t work well. When I picked up the truck, it was on empty and had to go fill up immediately. Having no reference for how quickly gas in these trucks burns, I put in much more than I needed at a high cost to me. Had the truck had the 1/4 tank it was supposed to, I could have completed my entire move before needing to fill up and wouldn’t have over-filled the tank. Overall, this was one of the worst U-Haul interaction I’ve ever had.

Your representative did not fill the tank of the car, he handed it over to me and I returned the same amount to them and I drove a total of 6 miles, why did the invoice change??
