Fire KingSize Enterprise Immediately. Do not replace them. This was a house that didn't have a driveway. No one was there. There was literal trash everywhere. I attempted to enter the house but the door was locked. I called the number on the door and no one answered. I left a voicemail with my name and number. I asked them to call me back. I left the dolly and took pictures. 24 hours later, they processed my return without letting me know what was happening. And instead of calling me back, they added another day to the rental and didn't charge me for it. You're a business that can't maintain communication with customers and doesn't show up to work? No. Completely unacceptable. I had no idea what was going on.

5x8 trailer had a very worn tire on passenger side. Facility person should have seen this and replaced tire before rental was allowed. I had to arrange with UHaul for a tire replacement at my home. Technician showed up with wrong size wheel/tire. Had to go to another UHaul facility and had them swap an existing wheel/tire onto my trailer. Day lost to repair which should have been corrected in advance. Usually poor rental from UHaul. Customer service was very good for their responsiveness on the issues.
