This is the 3rd time i went to this location and every time it's the same story. Tanks were never full but they expect us to fill it up. Last time i went there, i rented a van, drove it for 15 miles and the guy at the gas station poured gas in it for $18. That's 4.5 gallons for 15 miles. I thought it was a van not a spaceship. Luckily for me the tank was full, otherwise he would have poured more. I don't mind a dollar or two extra but $18 for 15 miles is a disgrace.Igor O.

Easily accessible location and seamless check-in/out. Would certainly recommend and return in the future. Just a heads up to make sure you fill up the gas you used before returning it. I overlooked this final step and ended up being charged $8 for driving only 5 miles. Still a bit perplexed on that math, but oh well.Michael Y.

First of all the guy was talking on the phone for like 10 mins then when we finally got our van a couple stopped us and told us that we was taking their van so after deliberating with them for another 15-20 mins we finally pull off I brought the van back 40 mins late I don't feel I should of been charged a late fee for something I really wasn't my faultJoel R.
It was difficult to find the attendant; when I did, he was not helpful or present; he scrolled on social media on his phone while I got my own blankets and loaded them into the truck. He also did not explain about the fuel. The truck was nearly empty when I drove it out of the lot and the first thing I had to do was get gas. The worst U-Haul experience of my life. I went to 63 Kingsland where I was supposed to drop off the truck. As soon as I arrive, the individual working there tells me he wouldn't accept the truck because they were full. He told me to go to a nearby franchise location, but the other location also said they couldn't accept the truck either because it wasn't theirs. When I go back to 63 Kingsland, the franchise owner John calls me and is extremely rude and threatens to tow my U-Haul truck if I leave it at the location. He eventually just hung up on me and I couldn't believe that someone who owns a business would ever treat someone so poorly. I will never ever use that U-Haul location ever again.Omar S.

I attempted to drop my Uhaul off at the Kingsland Service station and although the employees were helpful they claimed the area was full and directed me to another close-by location. I was very confused and concerned about being penalized, but at the same time did not have any other option. Also, the Uhaul app did not work after the truck pick-up which was extremely frustrating especially as I was returning the vehicle on a holiday. Lastly, my card was charged $445 which was higher than the total I was initially given. The process could have been clearer from the get-go especially as I opted in for the mobile contactless option, but overall I was able to get everything done and the van itself was perfect.Steven B.
Clean the van properly! The one I got smelled like cat urine inside. It was awful. There was cat fur on and around the seats. I didn't realize the smell was inside the van until I put the windows up down the road. It was really lazy not to spray some kind of disinfectant in the van!! I also think the picture on the website should be the model you're renting. I specifically wanted a Ford Transit because the cab accommodates my long legs better, but when I arrived I was presented a GMC van and was told the picture on the website doesn't represent the model you will actually get. I think that is dishonest because it's a bait and switch. The customer sees a picture and that's what we expect to get. That's how it supposed to work when purchasing goods and services online.jonathan E.

I booked this location and upon arrival was told that this was scheduled for the following day, which was not correct. I had scheduled same day over the phone and was initially turned away. I was then told after disputing that I could park on the street but was refused receipt â€œuntil the truck could be checked inâ€. Was very rude but did get the job done (presumably). I still don't have receipt. Overall, not a good experience and incredibly disorganized.Matthew W.

My rental experience was horrific. I booked the uhaul at one location and was told a few days before I'd have to pick the truck up from another. This required an additional 45 minutes of travel. Upon arriving at this new location the truck wasn't available. They had to call the person who was supposed to drop it off the previous day (not sure why that didn't happen when it wasn't turned in on time the previous day)... After which I was forced to waste San hour of my time waiting around at the uhaul site until that person turned in the truck. Unfortunately that was the least agregious issue with my rental. I them drove the truck 10 hours to my destination. I unloaded all my things into the new apartment and went to drop off the truck at the location it stated on the contract. Upon arriving at this station I was told they were full and didn't have any spots and I needed to go to another U-Haul drop off. At the next station they said the same thing. Upon arriving at a third station I was told that I was being duped and it was the responsibility of the station on my first contract to accept me. I returned to the drop off station, fought with the owner about being able to leave it with them. Eventually, one of the employees (I believe the owners son) called their area manager, and recieved approval for another U-Haul location to accept the truck. At this point I was so fed up, I refused to drive to another station. The son agreed to then take it there for me after I requested it. Besides all the time of mine that U-Haul wasted, the added stress of dropping a truck off after 10 hours of driving and then unloading all of my families belongings really made this the worst moving experience of my life.SEANMICHAEL C.

The person who was working there was very rude, kept asking me if I live in the neighborhood, when I said know he started telling me that my dad lives here, and when I told him he passed away 6 years ago, he kept insisting that it must be someone related to me like an uncle. He was rude when I returned the car, and insisted that I would park the car in a different place than I picked it up because he didn't have a license, and finally he overcharged me for gas. The first truck issued had oil on the back floor, I refused that truck. I feel the price for my ingrown move was twice what I expected with mileage cost and other fees. Overall uhaul is a scam. 19 dollars in town rate that's truly double minimum.Andrew H.

The exact address was difficult to locate because it was a gas station. The labeled address was not visible. I was looking for a Uhaul building. The workers were friendly.
