The person who was due to return the van we had shown up to rent did not arrive by 10am. The staff contacted him and found out he was not going to return it. They had no other vans, but rented us a 10' truck, which mostly worked... no back up camera and it did not fit in parking decks, so we had to skip one stop, but we did most of our mission. Great crew, responsive and helpful!

Was able to get in touch with this location and they had a truck ready for me by the time I arrived. Also easy getting in and out and gas station on site which is nice
Jack MThe person who helped me was rude, he left me waiting excessively while I reviewed papers and looked at the phone. Added to this at the end without driving even 6 miles, in fact the gas gauge didn't even move and I returned it before the two hours I requested and this man charged me $20 for gas. I don't know why and I called support and he told me that they couldn't do anything because I gave it to them in cash 😂😂😂 a joke

Sam CThis place saved my night. After a long drive and a tiring move I initially wanted to drop off my car at a place that was marked as 24/7 drop off location on the U-Haul website. This was not true, so I had to find another place before they closed. This location didn't have room but was able to squeeze the truck I had in. The person who wrapped up my rental was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you again!

rodrigo tBrand new van.... only 2,4000 miles.... the quietest, easiest to lock an unlock and tie down objects in we have ever rented. Always a treat when it works out that way. The radio was even on WFMU when we turned it on.

Artur ASignage at the location indicating they are a uhaul vendor. Everything was fine for us but I think some pickier customers would have wanted a cleaner truck without a broken mirror.

Artur A**Amending a previous review** An employee at this location reached out to me as soon as they learned of an administrative error and promptly fixed. I've had some rental frustration in past years, but I'm grateful that those who manage this location are professional and prompt. Picking up the truck was also much quicker than other locations I've been to, which is a plus. The cab of the truck was a little messy, but nothing crazy. Returning was easy also, and email receipts are prompt too. Easily the most organized location I've visited. Definitely choose this location if you're looking for a smooth operation.

steven rApp check in process is painful and exceptional slow. I would significantly prefer having a UHaul agent check the vehicle in than have to walk around in the dark taking pictures of a van, taking the same pictures repeatedly because one "didn't upload," etc. It took me 20+ mins to complete the return in the very slow app — which I had to download even though I didn't want to, because trying to return on the website didn't work at all.

Ellen HVan smelled like dog, dog hair everywhere and had a stale smell to go along with the dog smell. Worse van rental experience I had smelling that. I had no time to wait for another van since I had an emergency.

Jeff S2nd time I rented from this location on Friday afternoon for 24hrs.. Horrible service at the time I walked in to do the pick up, Mr. John I belive to be the owner of this premises was not helpfull on my rental very unpleasant person me as a customer he did Not give me a good service to the point that I almost canceled my reservation. A gentleman that happened to be there at the time had to step in and help me with the process.

Michael LI picked this location due to a slightly higher rating than another nearby location which had the vehicle I needed. However, this location failed miserably. I showed up on time with my "guaranteed" reservation details in hand, but they didn't have any vehicles whatsoever. NONE. I was told to wait and one "should show up any minute now." After about an hour of waiting, still no vehicle was available. Then things got much worse. There were two guys in the office and 1 gas station attendant outside pumping gas. I went to the bathroom for 5 minutes and when I came back out, the 2 guys in the office had left. Then about 10 minutes later 2 other people show up saying they had spoken to these guys, who had just left, earlier that day and were promised vehicles. Yet, I'm waiting over an hour with a "guaranteed" reservation that was made days in advance and there's STILL NOT A SINGLE VEHICLE AVAILABLE. These guys in the office left this poor attendant alone knowing I didn't have a vehicle and having promised AT LEAST 2 other people vehicles when they knew weren't available by the time they left. It was mayhem with everyone calling Uhaul customer support in a huge fuss, and this attendant getting screamed at by multiple people, including the boss who he had called on the phone looking for help. I understand those who had rented the Uhauls before maybe didn't come back in time, but to leave when there's an active issue happening and put it all on your underling employee after promising multiple people cars that aren't available..... It's despicable customer service.

jean mThe uhaul I picked up had a broken side mirror that it made it difficult to drive. There was a claim put on it already but having a broken side door mirror made it challenging and more dangerous to try drive the van. I don’t think a van with that damage already should be rented out. The plus side is the workers at the place were very nice and parked the van for me. I added a star for this.
