Didn't have the truck I reserved (which I reserved to have a ramp) and notified me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Didn't have the equipment I reserved either. Truck they were able to give me had a broken door so I had to go in and out of the passenger side door. Horrible experience. Man at the station was nice, but this is so unreliable for a moving service.
Anna PThe truck was dirty full of rock, gravel and dirt! I clean it the best I can but had to cover my furniture with blankets so they would not get dirty. I was questioned by the representative on why it was dirty. And explained that I picked it up like that.

HUGH MHighly recommend this location. I rented a cargo van to move a couch (76 in.) in Brooklyn, NY . The vehicle was ready. The staff member was professional, polite, knowledgeable.

CONNOR MFirst and foremost, you need to use an air freshener in the truck because it smells terrible. Before renting the truck, ensure that there are no issues with it. If there are any problems, fix them before renting it to someone.

Sipp AWell this was my first time renting a U-Haul. My experience was great it wasn't too hard to start the process upload your ID and take pictures of the vehicle before it is released to you. The process did not take that long it was fast and easy. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it was in great shape. The only thing I didn't like is that they had more vehicles available including the one I picked on app but was giving a different vehicle. The guy was nice and I still believe they have great service

Gregori MThe tire pressure light was on when I picked up the truck. I advised the agent, he told me to disregard it and didnt bother to check the tires. The light remained on the entire time. I was quoted $30 online. When I returned the truck I asked for the total, the same agent, employee said he didnt know, told me to check my email later on and that he was leaving. When I checked my email that evening, I was charged $70. I rented the truck for 3 hrs but only used it for 1 1/2 hrs. I would not recommend this location.
WENDY SThis specific location was great but I had a horrible experience overall. I previously booked the U-Haul at Sonomax Inc, and I had no vehicle and the location closed. I had to call support who was able to move my reservation but to another location so far that it required an uber so I had to pay each way to be able to pick up and drop off the U-Haul. This was horrible management and U-Haul gave me no indication I didn’t have a vehicle before I reached the original location. Kingsland was amazing, but avoid Sonomax at all costs. You will not get your vehicle and be left stranded.

Gregori MI had a great experience at this gas station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the U-Haul rental process smooth and stress-free. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. I really appreciated how easy it was to pick up and return the vehicle. Plus, the location is convenient with plenty of space to maneuver and fill up before returning. Highly recommend this spot if you need gas or a reliable U-Haul rental!
