The truck was not clean and the back of the truck had not been swept out. The international grocery store that we rented the truck from smelled bad and it was a mess. It took way too long to check the truck out, even though I had pre-registered, and it seemed like it was the first time the person had ever done it. He was nice, but it was not a good impression overall.

Location has two different times posted for opening that day. On the door and online. Neither one was adhered to. When we tried calling no answer and it went directly to a forwarded personal phone without the voicemail setup.
