Jacquie TOverall, everything was okay. However, there were some safety concerns with the van. Number one, the seat couldn't be moved to accommodate the driver; it was stuck in one position only. Also, the rear passenger tire may need to be replaced. It had 0.38 percent air; the recommended safety psi is 0.89, I believe. Other than that the customer service was great!

Richard PDealing with the customer service for the mobile pick up was a nightmare. I will never recommend mobile pick up to anybody. Luckily there was a guy at the store who was very helpful.
