U-Haul themselves needs to be more transparent with their pricing so that people don't feel cheated. If I was aware of the actual price of the haul before I came to pick it up I would have been able to prepare better. As for the location they need to better train their staff for U-Haul. I was there for 30 minutes just trying to check in. Not to mention the extra 40 minutes of having to figure out why I'm being charged extra from the price your phone operators and emails told me.
