The small "convenience" store that handled the Uhaul stuff, "Kitty Mart" has some materials some may find offensive (sex related materials, water bongs, etc, I personally laughed at the situation), the only employee was a gal who had only been there a month, she had to have someone walk her through the process over the phone, and I personally had to hook up the trailer myself (I own a 28' RV and 20' box trailer, so am well experienced). I felt bad for her personally.
JAMES KPor falta de experiencia es mi primera vez que utilizo este servicio no sabía cómo era el proceso y me engañaron con el nivel de gasolina no era el que tenía el carro con el que ellos tenían en sus archivos me entregaron el carro con un nivel bajo y así se los entregué cuando le eche gasolina y según ellos tenía más y no es así me cobraron tres veces del precio que me dijeron es una estafa tengan mucho cuidado con ese punto
Richard SIn the past 5 years I've moved twice used U-Haul both times. The first time I moved in the past 5 years was fine this time I reserved a truck and then had to wait because I was told the truck I reserved was already reserved by someone else this was not on the company that runs the U-Haul service but more or less on U-Haul's website. I was also charged a gas adjustment when I brought back the vehicle with more gas than I took it with. So I have pictures of before I took the vehicle out and I was charged a gas fee even though I put gas in the U-Haul more than it had when I got it I don't understand someone please explain that to me. Something about that doesn't seem legal
Johnny CThe location housed a sex toy/slot game hall/hookah store. Clerk did not check in trailer and charged erroneously for gas level. It was not a place I would ever recommend to anyone let alone a female.

Rosiland BDaytime is probably fine, but the night clerk was poorly trained, spoke horrible English, and had to get store manager /owner on phone to assist. It took 30+ minutes and should have been 8, just to get a trailer I already reserved.
RICHARD HAltered my contact to a local delivery and told me it wouldn’t change things.
Leland GThey changed the terms of our agreement without my consent. That meant I had to get my daughter to drive me all the way home over 60 miles just so she could take me home after I dropped the truck off. I didn't get home until 4AM my daughter only got home intime to get a shower and go to school. I was done so wrong my U-Haul. I was lied to and stolen from!
ADA RThe location we were told to drop off the uhaul at originally didn’t accept returned equipment so the location was changed at the last second. We were then charged $40 for an extra day we didn’t use because we were “late”.
Camille JStaff did not check truck in upon drop-off. I had to call the toll free number in order to close out the rental. Heather, at the toll free office, was wonderful to work with and was able to assist with the return process.
JAMES MHe messed up the reservation then when I called to fix it the person on the phone fixed the days of rental but failed to fix the cost. Go to my destination and they had to correct it. After I asked the girl on the phone 5 times what the price difference was there is no difference what the guy charged you is what you will pay. Low and behold I had to pay 900 and some change on the other end of my move.
