Pick up instructions were unclear, we spent over 20 minutes trying to find the lockbox as written in the instructions, just to wait on hold to talk to support to get transferred twice to finally be told we had to walk to a different parking lot, go inside, and be given the key.

When customers reserve a truck at a specific location, Uhaul should have the truck at that location, not ask us to go to a different one. If we are reserving equipment (especially when it was added to our order weeks ago), the equipment should be available and already in the truck when we pick it up. If the hired movers didn’t have their own dollies, we would not have been able to move anything. Completely dissatisfied in uhaul.
