Nothing, they met my needs perfectly!
JIM KNothing!
JAMES KWas a great experience from start to finish!
SHELLY ABuy new equipment
BARBARA JThey were very helpful guiding me and disconnecting the trailer!
JAMES KNo contact needed at this location, would recommend.
RICHARD WExcellent service.
Michael CImagine that, the computer system was down again but Dave worked with me on the drop off and let me know he'd perform the checkout as soon as the system was back up and running.
William CDropped off around 12 hours after pick up. The location was very dark. Again, the app was not working so I left the keys in the drop box. I was charged for an extra day rental, plus mileage. My original agreement was a one way rental with unlimited mileage. I was also charged gas when I returned it with the same amount. This location is not honest with their business. I would not recommend. In whole, I would only use U-Haul again if I picked up and returned when a location was open. The app not working and not being able to pick up the equipment set us off for a longer and more stressful move. Also, being charged extra from a location with a key drop box is a bad business practice.
Jsvqueline HIt was a self drop, so no personnel on site.
dawn mKnowledgeable and conversational. He had some pointers on the route I was taking to Savannah that were helpful.
DOUG HA positive experience with U-Haul
MICHAEL CIt made the trip much easier. Thanks
JOHN SDumpy location, employee never left his desk at p/u. Was told ok good to go take the trailer on the end. At drop off, I back it in unhook and go to office, ok I’ll check it in for you. You’re good to go. Never getting up again from his desk. The kicker is I get a call about a week later asking if we returned the rental. He never closed it out. Will not ever return to that location again…
STEVEN UThe place did not look like a business at all. I returned the trailer on the 25th, which was a day before it was due back. The lady couldn’t print me a receipt because she couldn’t figure out the printer. She said that I would get an email receipt. I did receive the email receipt, but it showed that the return wasn’t made until the 26th a couple of hours after it was due back. I did take a picture of the trailer in their yard and it shows that it was there on the 25th, so I better not get charged anything for being late on the return. I also called the store where I picked it up on the 25th and told him about my experience and that I had returned the trailer early and he made note of that. Please let me know if you need anything else. Bruce
Bruce SNot the best Uhaul office I've seen but it served the purpose
MARK LSaturday morning, all closed up tighter than a drum. No personnel around.
LAWRENCE PThis location was not very clean and inviting
Michael PHuge pot holes in the drive and road leading into this business.
TIMOTHY SVery friendly folks. However: The ball I had on the hitch was too small and the trailer towed sloppy. After I put the correct 2 " ball on before I loaded the trailer and then got on the road then the trailer towed smooth as it should have. The girl who checked the ball size I had on the hitch before I signed the rental papers who said it was the right size hitch (but it was not) needs a bit more training. That kind of mistake could have had a bad different result had I not checked why the ball was so loose and noisy while towing. Especially towing from FL to Ohio through mountains/hills and road construction. I fixed the issue myself before the long trip by replacing the ball to the required 2".
CAROL SGreat customer service
ORVILLE BEasy drop off.
KEITH JHAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 6:00 TO PICK UP TRUCK, WAS HAILING AND RAINING REALLY HARD. NO INSTRUCTIONS, TRUCK WAS TAKEN OFF OF RESERVATION LIST, HAD TO CALL UHAUL AND GET IT PUT BACK ON THE RESERVED LIST. NO PERSONAL INTERACTION, ALL PHONE AND APPLICATIONS, VERY CONFUSING, TAKING ABOUT 1/2 HR
Jason BEven though this was the location I was given, they initially didn't want to accept the trailer. Then I had to call the next day to get a receipt for the return. Location was just a dirt and overgrown grass lot; not very inviting.
Thomas LUpdate the aesthetics of the facility. Improve driveway
Donna AEasy pickup and go. Equipment there as promised
Gary MThis was easy peasu rental today.
Connie MNothing. The location was just fine.
Richard RI made the mistake of not checking the trailer and when I opened it up it looked as if someone hauled dirt in it.
John WVery nice people to work with.
James KThe lock to get the key out was jammed and no one answered the phone because it was before opening time. And all of the items we ordered (moving blankets, dolley, hand carts, etc) were not in the truck when we picked it up. So we had to come back for it (using the 26’ U-Haul!) once the store opened.
Lynn TThe woman who was at the desk and helped me with the hook up was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A keeper.
STEPHEN DAssociate at the location was courteous and professional. Very helpful and fast. Was in and out in just a few minutes.
Keith JSimple drop off in Wildwood. We have dropped two 6x12 trailers and 26’ truck over the past year. What is confusing is when we rent these pieces, in the Uhaul system, they don’t show up as a location. But you do a Google map search and there they are. Pick up location says to call them as this location can’t be set up but when you’re ready we call, and they are. The woman is very helpful and says sure bring it on in. She is very courteous with southern helpfulness and the process is drop off the key and an hour or so later I have in email of all the final paperwork. How about corporate gets these folks showing up in th system as a return location.
Daniel KI dropped the trailer in the parking lot. There was no one there at the time. I followed the directions on the app for returning the trailer.
stephen wThe furniture dolly I paid for and had requested was not provided. The office hours said they were there until 5 but there was no one available to assist.
Rebecca DGreat customer service
Thomas BI ordered two dollies and packing blankets. None were there which really delayed my move significantly.
Mike FThe location is in an industrial area however it is in an old trailer on an unpaved property. Unlike the many locations we’ve rented from in the past the location is not visible from the main road in the area, US 301.
Amos BThis was my second time renting from this location. They had a large number of units available without a reservation. Easy in and out location.
MICHAEL PLocation not well suited as a rental pickup.
Larry SKling Towing & Recovery, Inc II far exceeded rental industry standards in their highly professional interactions with me as I returned a large U-Haul box truck to them after my recent 1800 mile trip from Colorado. Here is my experience: What set them apart at first was simple their telephone demeanor. When you are out on the road, and they are the destination you are looking for, the fact that they are so polite and informative on the telephone brings true peace of mind. The person I spoke with in my conversations, from hundreds of miles away, took the time needed to provide directions, to clearly describe what was needed for drop-off, and to explain the paperwork that would go along with the 1800 mile rental. The morning I got there for the drop-off and vehicle inspection, I was met by the kindest person you could imagine. She promptly dropped what she was doing and came out for the vehicle inspection and to start closing out my paperwork.. It was nothing like the other rental companies, where you have to wonder whether everything things will go well. The difference that sets Kling Towing apart was that extra effort to recognize me as a customer, and to provide the professional courtesies of taking a moment to go through the process with me. When it comes down to it, the experiences I had in turning the truck back over to her were pretty much the role model of how to do it right. U-Haul has a tremendous asset right there in there in this highly capable front desk staff. Don't let this somewhat humble location out in the country near Wildwood fool you. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and complete peace of mind in vehicle rental. I have rented cars, trucks and equipment from more companies than you could imagine. I give Kling Towing & Recovery Inc II, in Wildwood, FIVE STARS as being the best, most personal and professional rental company I have ever seen.
James ZAnswer the plans follow up with returning voicemail.
Kevin TEasy drop off for the Villages area.
Tom MIt is a run down building with one little window on a rotten looking deck. You have to knock on the window and hope someone opens it. Very unfriendly and no social skills at all
Travis CLady was nice and very helpful. The appliance dolly needed some repair but I was able to make it work enough and get the washer and dryer moved.
Brian SLook in the trailer and make sure you were given the extra equipment you purchased. I didn't get the Dolly I ordered and still had to pay for it what a farse!
Clinton YEasy drop off.
Rob BI woke the woman attendant up. She was less than thrilled with me. She was rude, short and disrespectful. Initially she insisted that she had no room for the trailer. I offered to drop it off at AC in Wildwood which she snapped at me that they don’t take trailers. After standing there waiting on her instructions she lamented on her canker sore then snapped that we’re done! I’m disgusted!!!!
Vic Gbiggest problem was the bitch that called me 3 days after I had returned the trailer. she informed me that i was still in possession of it and did not care that i had returned it. apparently i returned it to the wrong place but there was NO return location on my contract. otherwise the trailer was new no problems there.
Stuart CThere was no one to help un hook and park the trailer.
Thomas BGood experience
Mary SHelpful staff ez drop off
robert wWas a pleasant experience. The location is a little out of the way but worth the trip when dealing with pleasant employees. Thank you. A+
Carol MThe service would have been excellent, but I used the after-hours drop-off. When I got home I went into the app to finish the process and found out I was supposed to do it from the cab of the truck when I dropped it off; there was no way around that so I got a $20 service charge added to my bill, which I certainly did not appreciate. Also, I called the Kling location the next morning to see if I could complete the check-in then. They were open, but no one picked up the phone and the voice mailbox was full. That added to my irriatation.
