The gentleman (I didn;t get his name) meet me when I pulled up and said I could leave right where I was, he would park the truck for me. It was quick and easy and less than 1/2 mile from where I unloaded my truck at my daughter's house

I had reserved a uhaul days in advance with a utility dolly. When I got there they said they didn't have any dollys. A heads up about this would have been nice instead of being told right before being handed the keys. I drove the truck around all day and when I returned it it had extra gas in the tank. When I have previously used uhaul they returned me some money for leaving extra gas in the tank but after no answer after my first call and having to call back over twos days because they never called me back like they said they woulto get an actual answer. They refused to give me any money back for the extra gas I left in the tank. This location has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced from uhaul.
Logan SIt is kinda hard to find this location……. Right in the middle of a shopping plaza….. The trucks are in back behind the plaza….. Easier if maps would have said turn at this light then first right……… Can’t miss it trucks and trailers 1/2 block on the right

SHAWNNA DClean - yes. Week maintained - no. The door didn’t shut all the way and rain was coming in. It took about 2 miles to even get to 55mph on the interstate. It hesitated to start every time and when putting gas in it, we didn’t think it was going to start at all. This particular truck really needs them maintenance to keep it running good.
JENELLE Mour issues were not with starkville, ms but with the process before. I reserved in cruger, ms 3 weeks prior. the day before i got transferred to greenwood, then grenada, then cleveland, then arkansas or horn lake. then we ended up driving 2 hours to pick up the uhaul in starkville, ms
KATHRYN SLance and Daniel helped me out if a difficult situation. We forgot the key for our padlock on our trailer and they helped us get it off.

TERRY AFor no reason should a $20 uhaul end up to be $70 when we return it! EVER! That’s absolutely ridiculous! You should not charge for mileage in the Starkville area! Absurd!!
BRIANNA MStaff was courteous and respectful. The weather was cold that day, and they had my truck ready and warm on the inside. My only advice is widen the entrance. Other than that, fantastic experience!

ODELL RI booked dolly and appliance but during pick up they said it’s not available. If they inform me early I could manage alternative. I faced difficulties with shifting because of this.

LARRY FIt was fast to drop off and turn it over, the only thing is it seemed sketchy at first since the helper received me at parking lot. Sketchy meaning no Uhual shirt or kiosk, just a man standing waiting to help. He asked to take over to drive it, what made me at ease is him using uhual app and sending receipt to my email.
